*Here is Faye again, eyes bright and focused now that she isn't blind anymore. She still doesn't look entirely happy, but when does she ever?*

Thank whatever the hell you believe in that all that egg shit is over. Blind people, deaf people, bitchy people, adults turned into tiny kids...

*She rolls her eyes and takes a long draw of her cigarette*

But being able to see doesn't mean jack shit when your leg is wrapped up like some kinda mummy.

*The camera now shows off her body and those legs (no doubt part of what earned her those nominations), one of which is in a cast*

Now I know there's a load of you out there with all kinds of abilities - anyone that can heal a broken leg? Make a scar disappear?

*With the camera on her face, Faye does a good job at putting on a very sweet smile*

[Whoa. This might be the first person Orihime has ever seen that asked for healing. She has to watch the video twice to make sure, and yup, these are specific things that she can fix easily.]

Sure! Where do you need me to be?

*To say that Faye is surprised by the ease at which she gets a response is an understatement - her cigarette nearly falls from her mouth*

You can? All fixed up? No scars?

*Her eyes narrow for a moment*

What's your fee...?

No scars! I had to heal someone's scar before, so I know I can take care of that.

[She doesn't mention the part about ripped-off limbs. A broken bone is much easier to fix than a leg that's just plain gone.]

Fee?

[She never even thought of that.]

I don't think Heals on Wheels charges. It's non-profit. Anyway, using my powers doesn't put me out, so I don't need to charge for it.

Really? Then that's perfect!

*Faye can't help but be impressed by all of this - it's even better than she'd imagined, especially being free*

*So she doesn't hestitate to give her address - one of the nicer penthouses in Nova*

[So with a word to her fellow co-workers, Orihime hangs up her apron, washes the flour and frosting from her hands and arms, and heads out the door.]

[It doesn't take her that long to get to Nova City, even though she's on foot. She checks the address and the apartment number before being rung in. She knocks, but more as a formality before trying the door since she figures Faye likely isn't going to be moving around that much. If it's unlocked, she'll just let herself in. If not, she waits patiently outside, hands clasped lightly in front of her.]

*Faye is still sitting on her bed, leg stretched out in front of her in a cast. Around her are the empty wrappers and things from all the snacks that she has had, and a bunch of various fashion magazines, now that she can see. She calls out from her bed, plenty loud enough, explaining where her room is.

When Orihime arrives, Faye will lift her hand and give a small wave of greeting*

Hey. I promise I don't usually look as lazy as this.

Did you fall while you were blinded?

I think Colette can heal people, I can ask her.

Yeah...

*And she really doesn't look too happy to admit that*

Was on my motorbike and collided with a truck.

*She pouts for a moment then shakes her head*

Don't get me wrong, that is bad but at least it's not, let's say, your spine. Because if we die here we can get back but if we cripple ourselves, I'm not sure if dying later could fix it.

I could bring you some alcohol unless you are taking meds for the pain. And keep you company in person if you want.

*Faye blinks at the first part, wondering why this girl is even contacting her. But she looks a bit more interested at mention of the plants*

*Then she shakes her head with a frown*

*It takes Faye a moment but then she figures who this is*

Positive. Most women I hang around have deep and dark scars almost completely covering their bodies. I just see a pair of beautiful and sexy legs, the scar is definitely giving them some character.

Right now, I'm doing okay. But I'm not going to tell you not to cook. Gale can just get some leftovers whenever he's back.

*Faye just shrugs and waves a hand*

When you get here, just let yourself in. I'll be the one with the big red scar up her leg.

[Okay, he couldn't help but to chuckle at her words.]

Any requests or do you trust me to make it a surprise?

[He frowns a little before winking at her.]

Just stay resting. I will be there as soon as I am done.

*Faye smiled and raised a brow, her eyes bright*

*She was always too happy to tease with him. She grinned and sat back at the wink*

*When arrives she will be sitting on the sofa in their massive penthouse living area, her leg propped up on the coffee table, a few beauty magazines by her side*

A surprise. Hopefully I can live up to the surprise then.

[All the cocky smiles and wink.]

[It took him some time before finally arriving and first knocking on the door to annouce his arrival and then letting himself in.]

Where are you, Faye?

[He calls in, before being careful of all the pets, making his way into the living room.]

I just made a small meal.

[He sets a giant box down on the floor and starts setting out the food on the coffee table, being careful of her leg. The food he cooked was as follows: fried chicken, fried rice, Bao, beef with mountain vegetables, red bean cakes,egg foo young, dumplings, crispy duck and a fruity sake.]

Plates are at the same place?

*Faye calls out when he enters and slowly tries to get herself up onto her feet when he comes into the living room. But then she just drops herself back down on the sofa with a smile*

Oh yeah. Your small meal that could easily feed an entire orphanage for a month.

*She tips her head back on the sofa to watch as he sets out the meal*

Holy hell, Dohko. You are a miracle worker, you know that? And yeah, everything is where it usually is.

[He chuckles at her tease and shakes his head.]

Or just one or two hungry Saints.

[He scratches at the side of his face before getting up to fetch a plate.]

Not a miracle worker, just an old man.

[And he comes back with a plate and fork as well as two cups. He moves at once to start filling the plate with a small sampling of all the food before handing it to her.]

Here, the best way to recover is to eat.

[And now, going to pour the sake into two cups, offering one to her.]

*Faye grins at him with a cheeky, playful look as she takes the plate from him. She doesn't waste much time in getting stuck in. After the first bite of chicken and rice, Faye makes a soft noise of pleasure*

Dohko, will you marry me? You'd make an excellent wife.

*She takes the sake cup and lifts it towards him as if in a toast*

*Said just like a husband might say to his wife*

[He couldn't help but to laugh. Winking again at her at her playfulness.]

Don't forget it.

[He blinks and ffff a blush creeps up on his face at the not!marriage proposal.]

I think I rather be the husband than a wife.

[So much blushing, even if it was in jest and he raises his glass to toast with hers.]

*Faye grins softly, pleased at herself for getting him to blush like that. But it is so pleasant seeing him blush that she blushes gently too. She holds his gaze as she sips at her sake, definitely not flirting.

But after she's taken a big sip, her eyes go wide open and she laughs*

That's some sake!
