Freeza Decree # 4: He's back and he saved the Universe? [Video]

 [A pale and alien face that might be familiar to some for an eternity ago now peers out of people's screens once more. It is the face  of one pleasantly amused at finding himself here again]    

"Ah, Genessia....To think I, The great Freeza had forgotten you..... Being sent back to Hell must have erased the memory. But that is all in the past now."  

[He address his audience now.]

"Hello again,  ladies and gentleman of this strange sealed off world. For those of you who do not remember me, I am Freeza, the infinitely powerful and wise ruler on Universe 7 of which I just happened to save recently after a long and arduous ordeal.  And who knows? I may have save your universe as well from being wiped out by that watermelon-head god child?  Which means you may own me a tremendous debt..." 

[Freeza has been here for a while now and let us say he been thinking of the implications of his recent actions and to make use of it, whether the facts of it are true or false...]

"But I know how you can reward me.... Elect I, Freeza as your Emperor of all Genessia.  That shouldn't be too much of a bother right? I would so hate for any unpleasantness to occur..."

Pity. A smart coward is still a coward in the end And I just want you to understand your role in the large picture of the universe... That compared to me, you are but a gnat and should not stand in my way is all.

[ She refrains from pointing out that she'd actually worked out a plan with David Haller last time, but he'd disappeared before they could try it. She's not about to burst his bubble and spill that she was ready to fight him and intentionally put a target on her head or risk ruining the plan if it does become necessary to enact. She just isn't typically the type to get into dick-measuring contests over nothing and would much rather act.

But honestly, she'd come to suggest he move on this time. So she's just going to point out the obvious, and it'll be his choice to continue or not. ]

You're an emperor of your universe, correct? Don't take it out on me because you've decided that either you weren't capable of handling that and would rather focus on Genessia because this little smudge of land is the most you can really handle, or your original universe was just nothing to brag about so you're trying to cover it up by claiming this one. Either way, if you weren't insecure about it, you would be fine with what you had and move on after being told unequivocally no every time you've appeared here. Perhaps you'd even focus on getting back to your universe, which you should feel a responsibility to if you're the great emperor you claim to be.

But after all the trials and tribulations of humiliation and great suffering that he, Freeza had endure for the past 15 or so years, the mocking words bonce off like balls of rubber. He'll just close his eyes, shake his head and laugh a little "Oh-ho-ho" laugh at Weiss' inability to get him]
