[ There are days when you have to grin and bear unpalatable things. Such as when you have to swallow your pride and praise a boardwalk in a town that doesn't even have a beach. Cassian's face is very, very painstakingly professional as he records a video message, which is to be played on the network and local TV. ]
As we all know, the Neighborhood Watch is essential to Attleton's security. It is an organization by Attletonies willing to volunteer their free time and energy for the sake of their community without any compensation. This won't change. However, Mayor Palmer and I have decided that the Neighborhood Watch should be headed by a paid employee who can dedicate themselves full-time to the Watch.
To finance the new position, Mayor Palmer has kindly permitted me to host a fundraiser at the new boardwalk he is having built for our town. With the help of the Neighborhood Watch and our local community, we are planning a fair with a number of charity booths; games as well as food stalls and rides provided by local businesspeople.
Weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting, the fair is scheduled for Saturday, the 26th. All proceeds will, of course, go to the Attleton Neighborhood Watch. If anyone, whether from Attleton or out of town, would like to volunteer for the fundraiser they are welcome to respond to this message or drop by the Guardian's office.
[ And now he needs to bang his head against his desk or something. ]
[OOC: There will be a log for the fair going up on the 26th for all visitors and volunteers.]

Re: locked
Re: locked
Hasn't put you off yet. [Hah. He wins.]
Re: locked
Re: locked
Pretty sure that would require you to be nicer.
Re: locked
[You know he doesn't mean that, right babe?]
Re: locked
[It's okay he knows it's a joke now. Just don't joke about it when it's not clear. ] Only because I brainwashed you into it -according to you. That's just me being nice to myself really.
locked
It was. You just couldn't resist getting your hands all over my lovely frame.
Can't blame you, I'm a delight.
Re: locked
[ He hopes you can hear his eyerolling, Kay. ]
locked
[Your sarcasm is noted and ignored.]
Re: locked
Re: locked
Sonico is out of the house.
The pokemon are napping.
Maybe you should come take a closer look at my frame.
Re: locked
How could I resist? We do deserve a break from.event planning.
Re: locked
[Not like Cass can really make him stop being him, but it's fun to suggest it.]
Re: locked
How about I keep a very close eye on you? I believe in a hands-on approach.
Re: locked
Re: locked
Like you trained me to have dirty thoughts when I smell machine oil. By the way I hate you so much
Re: locked
Did I? What an interesting side effect of our relationship.
Re: locked
I hate you so much.
When I took the pick-up to the auto repair...
[ Didn't help that they also have fond memories of that pick-up from their Valentine's Day date. ]
Re: locked
[It's totally that.]
No you don't you love me. And the oily smell. And the ports.
Specially the ports.
Re: locked
And don't even get started on the ports we agreed to never bring up the ports ever again
Re: locked
You're not the only one with problems. The smell of gunpowder and blaster bolts also reminds me of you. It makes fighting people really awkward.
Re: locked
So I smell good to you then? Maybe I should visit the shooting range before our next date.
Re: locked
You smeel...not unpleasant. [Now who's playing dirty?] Maybe you should, yes.
Re: locked
[ Maybe have that date in the woods rather than at the actual range, come to think of it. ]
Re: locked
[Is that better or creepy?
Hm...yes that too.]
