[Satsuki couldn't find Wily.. That was unusual, but she didn't have time to worry about that right now; time is of the essence. She'll just have to take command over whatever she has access to right now and make the most of it.

A call is sent to Ira, Nonon and Ryuko to meet in the briefing room of Wily Tower and inform them on their latest mission.]

Our primary goal here is getting the injured to safety and our numbers are limited in taking full advantage of our resources; this is due to necklace wearers needing to be in contact with those without them to pass through our archway. So here is the current plan:

[With the click of a button the room dims and two projections, one of Genessia City and one of Nova City raise from the table.]

We currently have thirty five ambulance vehicles heading toward the archway, as well as four supply trucks. Within them are medical tents and equipment.

Nonon, you will be in charge of air navigation. At present it is unclear which routes are unobstructed for transporting the injured toward our tents so it is up to you to alert and guide the support vehicles toward our tents. The hospital as that is our primary target, then work your way outward for calls for assistance. Be warned the skies are dangerous, but we need that area.

Gamagori, your objective involves getting and keeping quickest route from the hospital to our archway clear from debris. From there similarly work your way outward with Nonon so vehicles can get to the injured as quickly as possible.

Ryuko, you and I will be in charge of assembling the tents and transporting as many of our staff and the injured as possible through the archway.

I will also put out an alert to obtain as many with medical expertise as possible to our area to lesson the load. Are there any questions so far?

Denizens of Genessia, I am Satsuki Kiryuin, Deputy Guardian of Nova City. I am here to state that we are aware of the current situation in Genessia City and are currently sending support.

In roughly ten minutes our medical groups will be arriving at Nova Archway with supplies and shelter as well as transport to Nova City's medical bays. I request anyone with mending abilities to meet our staff at the archway, and whomever else is free to assist in getting others through.

Those with the ability to provide transport for the injured to this area are encouraged to do so; we will do our best to keep paths clear and any assistance in that front is also appreciated.

I have two questions, Satsuki-sama... It would appear, given the recent audio post from someone claiming to be Lucifer, that this is the result of a malicious entity. What are our orders should we encounter him?

...And what of the Fairy Tail people?

I don't know them that well, but do you really think they would try to stop us from helping people? If they do, then I guess I underestimated how stupid they are. They're obviously moronic to want to oppose Satsuki-sama to begin with, but if they'd get in the way of us coming to save lives, they're full on idiots. And I'm not afraid of idiots.

[She seems ready to brush the idea aside. With some luck, they won't have to worry about it, and if things go sour, that unnecessary fight is one Nonon had no intention of losing.]

[He was needed. he had no idea how exactly he was needed as he nervous turned on his device, the window clearly showing what was going on in the background with the fire and occasional lightning that was close enough to get a reaction out of the poor boy.]

I intend to get the injured from Genessia into Nova City, but there are complications. The only way people and various objects can get through the archway is if they are in contact with one that possesses a necklace.

At current only Ryuko and I can man the archway, the others will be deeper in Genessia City. Things would go faster if you help us. Is this possible?

[Though the was she says it seems to suggest she 'no' isn't an answer she wants to hear.]

I-I can try, but I can't say for certain that they'll all be safe. After all I'm not like the others here, I can't fight nor can I do something if people were to have things fall on them.

[Azula had a few short bruises on her face and some scrapes on her armor. But she didn't appear to be deterred. In fact, she looked like she was on fire. The only downfall of the scenario was that the sun was blocked. Her bending was not at it's optimum, so things were proving to be difficult. But when she saw this feed she recognized the woman. It was Satsuki.

Her tone was serious. She wasn't angry at Satsuki, but at the situation.]

Satsuki, do you know the whereabouts of the Guardian for Genessia City? Where is he? Or she?

[Yes. She hasn't done her research about it yet.

But then she continues. She doesn't like it when someone else was calling the shots, but perhaps she can work with Satsuki. Zuko was right, if she were to have any semblance of leadership in the city, she can't do it if all people are dead.]

The streets are ablaze. Good luck getting people out of the city.

Get as many people as you can to gather along the direct road heading from the bay to the gates of Nova City. I can give you a ten minute window. No more than that!

[Azula wanted to impress the people of Genessia, but she can't. She was tired already, but for as long as she can still stand and breath, she can bend. After all, her bending comes from her core, the sun and other sources of fire.]

I have someone that can help. [Zuko got her into this, so he will help whether he likes it or not.] We can ensure no fire nor lightning will pass by that road.

[Satsuki isn't certain what Azula is doing, but she is far too intrigued by what may be happening to be annoyed with her lack of research.]

The Guardian of Genessia vanished a few days before you arrived. It is difficult to tell if Lucifer was aware of that or not though.

[Or if Captain Hammer actually could have done anything at all, really. She never looked into his skillset outside of the pageant.]

That's just perfect timing then, isn't it? I would guess he either knew about it, or he did something to make sure that the Guardian wouldn't be here.

[She wanted to answer her query right away, but another group of fireballs started raining on the people again and the people behind her were running in different directions. Unfortunately, not even the right way.]

[She screamed. But while doing so, she motioned her hands from one side to the other, the balls of fire travelling close to her, spinning, before she releases them back to the skies.

She gave each citizen a short glare before looking down at her communicator.]

I'm at 17th street, Hawthorne Avenue. I can be along the 15th street in less than a minute.

That is entirely possible, but obviously speculation will have to wait. Understood. I am counting on you.

Also, I am certain I do not need to tell you this.. But get out of this alive, Azula.

[Though it isn't.. really out of sentimentality. It'd be more convenient to have little miss Fire Lord around alive as far as Satsuki's concerned. So she's already planning to have the heiress evacuated should she end up passing out.]

[With all that is going on, Satsuki might not even remember the woman contacting her, their conversation had been brief. Brown hair, glasses, and that distinctive leaf ornament are the only hints, unless the woman was just good at remembering voices.]

It would seem that now would be a good time to return the kindness you showed me on the day I arrived. I just so happened to be visiting this city today, and I am making my way towards you now with a small group of survivors. Their injuries are not that grievous, but that might change if they remain here.

[It's true Mamizou didn't ping very hard on her meter upon first meeting. So it is a surprise; maybe she should have taken Kogasa's face!]

Unexpected but excellent news. But take careful, if you are able to reach 15th street, I can confirm the upper half to be best cleared at the moment.

[ Not going to lie, though. Satsuki seems appreciative enough but she's disappointed that that the returned favor would be something she can't really use. But she is at least looking forward to seeing how Mamizou is getting the goup to her. By car, perhaps?]

How many and how soon should we expect you?

[That is, of course, assuming that leading a few people to safety was the extent of all she had planned. Satsuki did not know the disguised woman that well, after all. Despite the situation, she was still holding onto that disguise even as she lead the people to safety.]

Currently eleven of them. I'm afraid we are on foot, as most other methods of travel are currently unavailable. We should there shortly, if I know my roads as well as I believe I do. And, of course, assuming they are in a condition to be walked upon. I...

[There's a frown on her face, and suddenly the sound of an explosion can be heard. For some reason, this doesn't seem to surprise the bespectacled woman.]

Goodness. I assume you have much to take care of, so I won't waste any more of your time. I shall have them to you shortly.

[He figures with his appearance altered, people may not readily recognize him, and the change does alter his voice a fair bit. Even so, can't be too careful.]

I'll do what I can from the air and on the ground. Fire doesn't burn me all that easily, so I'll see what I can do to help people escape and tend to the injured.

More eyes in the sky would be very helpful; though I wonder if there are other skills you possess that may also be helpful. Strength, for example.

If it really comes to it, my physical strength can be greatly increased. As I am now, I've had no problems clearing rubble and ruined buildings out of the way for survivors. My healing magic is also fairly powerful, though I'm more focused on rescuing people before devoting my time to the injured. Better they're out of danger first.

That is a fine strategy.. I have a man currently clearing the streets as well from the hospital to Nova City archway- I am uncertain how many others are doing the same.

Is it possible for you to focus on the south west area northward? Any paths cleared to 14th street would be helpful.
