[Satsuki couldn't find Wily.. That was unusual, but she didn't have time to worry about that right now; time is of the essence. She'll just have to take command over whatever she has access to right now and make the most of it.
A call is sent to Ira, Nonon and Ryuko to meet in the briefing room of Wily Tower and inform them on their latest mission.]
Our primary goal here is getting the injured to safety and our numbers are limited in taking full advantage of our resources; this is due to necklace wearers needing to be in contact with those without them to pass through our archway. So here is the current plan:
[With the click of a button the room dims and two projections, one of Genessia City and one of Nova City raise from the table.]
We currently have thirty five ambulance vehicles heading toward the archway, as well as four supply trucks. Within them are medical tents and equipment.
Nonon, you will be in charge of air navigation. At present it is unclear which routes are unobstructed for transporting the injured toward our tents so it is up to you to alert and guide the support vehicles toward our tents. The hospital as that is our primary target, then work your way outward for calls for assistance. Be warned the skies are dangerous, but we need that area.
Gamagori, your objective involves getting and keeping quickest route from the hospital to our archway clear from debris. From there similarly work your way outward with Nonon so vehicles can get to the injured as quickly as possible.
Ryuko, you and I will be in charge of assembling the tents and transporting as many of our staff and the injured as possible through the archway.
I will also put out an alert to obtain as many with medical expertise as possible to our area to lesson the load. Are there any questions so far?

In roughly ten minutes our medical groups will be arriving at Nova Archway with supplies and shelter as well as transport to Nova City's medical bays. I request anyone with mending abilities to meet our staff at the archway, and whomever else is free to assist in getting others through.
Those with the ability to provide transport for the injured to this area are encouraged to do so; we will do our best to keep paths clear and any assistance in that front is also appreciated.
Contact me if there are any questions about this evacuation procedure. That is all.

More than I would like, to say the least... but such powers are not uncommon in my world. Perhaps not my ability with plants, but there are many in my world with abilities.
[also not many with 3000-5000 years of experience give or take, but details aside.....]
I take it your world is not similar in this regard?

[Plants could be manipluated as weapons with the right kind of circumstances in her world, but even then it is hardly considered common.]
Technology is generally what makes many of my world capable of what some might consider extraordinary feats. Many things I have seen here, however, are.. Quite something.
It certainly makes me wonder what their worlds are like. It must be taxing to keep order.

Somewhat...but much like your world accustomed to such advances, out world has had time to learn to control such abilities. We have our own way, and I'm sure your problems- the ones that might seem trivial- would prove a trifle harder to overcome in my own.

And you are probably correct.. And as it stands I would be truly challenged in the task of keeping order in Genessia on my own as well.
All that aside, I have noticed that some newcomers have managed to find others of their world about. Have you found yourself so lucky?
