[A figure dressed in black will appear suddenly, the air cracking with energy around him. He pushes back his hood, revealing bright blonde curls and a magnetic smile. Yet the expression isn't entirely kind nor is it settling. It's possible that this new arrival is actually furious.]
...against my wishes...? [He is impressed by the gall even as his mind works rapidly to counter it.] Do you know who I am?
[It doesn't really matter. He must press onward. The blue of his eyes sharpens.] Where might I find the Magical community? Don't say there isn't one. Witches and Wizards exist everywhere, but they are too accustomed to hiding.

We don't hide, darling, not here.
As people have said, Fayren and Everglade are the primary hubs. Fayren is more those that use more commonly "good" magic while Everglade has the... darker types, I suppose.
Not that I believe in such nonsense as "good" and "bad" magic.
We? You are a Magic user. [He likes you already.] I find both sorts intriguing, frankly. The Dark tends to be stronger in my experience, but where would we be without Healing?
You don't? How do you classify the spells?
Myself and my twin brother both are, yes~ Though most elves from our world tend to work with magic of some shape or form. Mm. Healing is more of a cleric based thing and darker more of a necromancer thing, but to each their own.
[Ah, how to describe magic...]
Magic, inherently, isn't good or bad. What adds morality to it is what it's used for in my opinion. You can take healing and make it dark if you're healing someone to, say, torture them further and longer. You can take necromancy and make it light by bringing someone back from the dead to find out who murdered them and give them justice and peace to continue to the next plane.
It's how you use it.
More Elves! Well met, Lady. [He chuckles.] That would make me a Cleric Necromancer, I believe. What a strange title.
[Ah this is bringing back memories.]
I agree with the bit about torture. However bringing someone back from the dead is fraught with risks - both moral and physical. I've never attempted to bridge that gap.
[Because there is no one he wishes to bring back.]
Just so. Intention matters greatly. Some spells are not complete if the intention behind them is incorrect.
We are certainly numerous around here~ My brother and I are illuionists by school and trade. It's rather intriguing if you implement it in the right manner.
[... Though...]
[Switching to private video]
Darling, how would interested would you be in showing me what sorts of spells are under your belt? While I'm primarily an illusionist, I do know a bit from the other schools through my time living in this world alone. And I do think the wilds of Everglade might catch your attention.
[Private Video]
I wouldn't mind. I do warn you, some of them are seen as unsavory. [Dark Magic is ostracized even within the Magical community.] I am in agreement with you. I might be able to convince other Magic users to follow me, though. Light Magic is...a waste, to me. Oh it's pretty and it can Heal, but there is no power behind it.
[Private video]
We're used to seeing such things, no worries. Perhaps we'll show you something a little more... special, if we're feeling up to it. Wizards can use more than one magical school if they live long enough and are keen enough in doing as such~
I've been trying for some time here to make necromancy seem better than most people think it is, perhaps having another to enforce the point would work. It's easier to work with it when it's not looked at through the lens of evil, no?~
[Private Video]
[He smirks, but his guard is not down.] I must take a longer path than I like because of people's morality. I do not know if my support will help you or hinder you.
[Private Video]
No, no, we call our different types of magic as "schools" of magic. There are some places that teach it, but it's primarily through study and learning from others who are more advanced than you are in it~
[She's briefly shrugging at that, not seeming too fussed by all of it.]
When it comes down to it, we don't really need the support to make it seem as such. It just would make it... easier... than having to adopt a persona to act how we wish. You see, some of the more... morally good types aren't too fond of people needing to survive in ways they don't approve of. It's depressing.
[Private Video]
How do you find these talented souls? [Or do they sprout into existence when needed? That idea is entertaining.]
It is, isn't it. I would like to change the perspective of society - any do-gooder society - and allow those like us to practice in peace. I could be inventing spells and potions. Instead I am being a damn politician.
[Private Video]
Mm, depends on the school. It's easier to find someone talented in something like invocation versus someone talented in necromancy. But they exist, you just need to know where to look.
[She's quiet once more, glancing to something off camera before returning her attention fully.]
If I were to tell you a little secret about myself, would you keep my name and this knowledge out of your mouth when talking to others?
[Private Video]
[He doesn't look convinced that her world's system is decent. Students need to be trained and if there aren't enough Masters, that's a problem.]
I do not tell anyone's secrets. [He keeps Albus's close to his chest for the rest of his life.]
[Private Video]
She's silent for a moment as she turns it over in her mind whether this is a good idea or not... Perhaps it is.
Why not.
She's breaking the illusion she has to make herself look as she had previously to instead sit there as a skeleton with red orbs for eyes and a tattered black robe.]
When I say I know of necromancy, I do mean I know it intimately at this point.
[Private Video]
What a lovely skeleton you make. [No, he still wants to visit her and her brother. More so than ever.] I am impressed by your illusion!
[Private Video]
Lich, if you will. Skeletons are... brainless undead creatures and I certainly am not one of those, darling~ [Someone stop this right now, even if she's still grinning just as much as ever.] When you've been around for... goodness, I forget how long, you have nothing but time to learn.
[Private Video]
[Gellert can't help being charmed in return. Who can say she doesn't have a marvelous personality?]
I am a mere infant compared to you when it comes to my illusionist skills. [He does have some. When you are a hunted Dark Wizard, you need to hide.]
[Private Video]
Something of the sort. Leaving technical life and flesh behind for immortality and increased magical ability and ability in general. [Even if their getting into necromancy in the beginning had a very noble goal, not something she tends to speak about much anymore. Not to anyone she doesn't know, at the very least.]
Most are unless they're immortals, darling. We've become accustomed to such things. Though I have to ask, as I'm so very curious. You know what the meaning of a lich is, but what are they in your world?
[Private Video]
How alluring. I would be very tempted to make that choice too. [Yet his looks are useful right now and he doesn't plan on dying anytime soon.]
Lichs... [He tries to think of something comparable. There are Inferi, but they are more like Zombies.] I know the Old English, but I cannot think of any notable Lichs in my world. I'm sure Wizards or Witches have gotten close a time or two, but they either failed or faded into history.
[Private Video]
Details, really.]
Everyone does it for different reasons, but the common goal is always for that increase. Whether or not it's for selfish reasons is another idea entirely. But at least it ensured very little things could take my brother from me or I am from him.
[So it's something no one managed in his world and is just... a term? Odd, so very, very odd.]
Huh. Well, as you can see, it's very possible. But... rare. I can only think of one other from my world who managed it and we don't speak of that one. [Since he was a jerk that helped the people they were trying to murder.]
[Private Video]
Family is important. [Crucial to some. Gellert closes his eyes and he can clearly see the Dumbledores and his Great-Aunt, Bathilda Bagshot. He can't return to any of them, can he.]
Then we will not speak of it either. Are you located in the Everglade? I would like to meet you very much.
[Private Video]
They certainly are. [And Edward is all she has left at this point and she's disgustingly protective about things dealing with him, not that she'd speak that aloud to anyone.]
I am. Usually we're located in the woods, a very clearly marked building within them. Alternatively you might be able to find us in our illusion covered forms in the basement of Holy Diver in Everglade as well. If you're old enough to drink.
[Private Video]
I'm twenty-two. [He grins and shrugs his shoulders.] I've had plenty to drink since I was expelled.
[Which doesn't make him sound as studious as he is, but details.]
I will be with you shortly. Apparation makes the journey much simpler.
[Private Video]
Ah, so you're still young~ [Says the one that's way too old to be pretending to be a young adult, ever.
Though the apparation bit gets a small frown from her, how... odd of a thing.]
I'm sorry in advance if you're met with a bit of opposition, my guard of sorts isn't fond of people coming out of nowhere. For obvious reasons.
[Private Video] -> [Action]
Young, but skilled. [There is a crack and she will get a dizzying view of what it is like for him to Apparate. It's a wonder he knows where to stop! But when he does, he chooses to enter the forest on foot rather than spook her guards.]
Do you hear me?
[Action]
Probably one of the guards she meant, not great.]
