Between all of the death, destruction, politics, competitions, and general lack of anything resembling a decent day of relaxation, I've decided that I'm going to host a party. Not a big one, not for any particular occasion, but it's just going to be a bunch of people coming together to have a good time, recover, and if any of you have anything you would like to add that falls under the category of relaxing and letting go of some stress, let me know so we can plan it out appropriately. A live band would be especially desired.



[ A paper copy of the invitations will be delivered to everyone's mailbox in a fashion that breaks no windows whatsoever and is probably quite refreshing. On the back of the paper copy are directions to the block between Oak & 8th and Nettle & 8th. ]

As you may have noticed, there are currently two candidates for City Guardian. I wouldn't exactly endorse either of them, but one of them I do want to make sure each of you know something about. If it ever comes to fighting against her, and I'm not saying it will but if it does, don't use anything based in fire or electricity unless you want her to win.

I don't know that it'll come to that and don't tell her I said anything either. Professor Ozpin said not to judge either of them based on their pasts, so I'm not, but I'm just saying! If one of them tries to burn down the city, I'd rather we at least have how not to get killed straight away.

Also, I need to speak to each of you about your roles in my party. [ Yes, she is entirely volunteering anyone in her team to help with this. ]

This looks like it could be some fun. But I'm wondering if there would be anyway we could have something like volleyball be a thing? It's a good way to relieve stress and is fun.

Yes, but I can train birds to tweet music. They rather enjoy it themselves and they give off a lovely tone.

That's fine, as long as you keep any eye on her. I don't know what everyone's going to bring, too, so if there's alcohol that's your responsibility.

I thought so too! It'll be nice, relaxing, and a nice way for everyone to gather together and hopefully not have to worry about someone threatening the city.

[Mostly because she tends to microwave things for reasons. Though she is thinking of slowly doing some actual cooking.]

Don't worry about gathering a lot of kindling. I'll take care of the bonfire. I can keep it going for as long as you need it to.

[ That saves her time in wandering into the less populated areas to try to find fallen branches and such, since she wasn't planning on paying for it. ]

Do you think you could do a fire show too? If I can't get a live band, we definitely need some entertainment and I trust you not to muck it up.

It wouldn't. I can do it. I can't guarantee it'll be anything worthy of Ember Island's stages, but I can at least do a firebending demonstration. I'll bring my swords.

But the finest party of them all, huh? Are you setting this party up just so you can get your nails manicured? And I know my role. It's of the guest that will come and have fun. [And eat free food.]

Hopefully it won't be an issue. But honestly, the other candidate didn't bother to help anyone in Genessia despite being close neighbors and the problem probably wouldn't have stopped with just Genessia if Lucifer had gotten his way. Apparently preventative measures to protect Fayren aren't on his to-do list, so if only Azula and Mewtwo are running? I'd rather vote for someone that I at least have confidence might listen to someone I do trust. [ Since Ozpin told her to deal with it and that he wasn't going to do what she wanted and all. ]

I can manage my nails by myself, even if it is much more fun to get it done by others. I don't need an excuse to go get one. Make sure you bring lots of fruit and if you could get something to block off 8th Street between Oak and Nettle so we don't have any vehicles running through, I would appreciate it.

That candidate is kind of a jerk then. Did he say exactly why he didn't want to help out anyone in Genessia? Not that there is even a good reason for not wanting to help out people in their time of need. [Sun would surely help out any city if he had to. Though he hoped that a situation wasn't going to come up where that would be necessary. But with how things were going now..it could possibly happen in the future.]

You do seem to get a lot of practice with it. But okay. Ste-..buy a lot of fruit. I could probably get some sandbags or something else to put up a little barrier around the area.
