first hunt [action]
GENESSIA COMMONSPACE
[ The groggy haze hasn't yet exactly worn off this demon hunter here and Nero finds himself crashed on the bed he has in this (temporary) room of his. Arm draped across his eyes, he's about five seconds away from conking out where he hopes when he wakes this will all be a bad dream, when the sound of WHATEVER THAT IS keeps him from doing so. With a scowl, he throws himself off the bed, yanks open the door (and nearly off its hinges oops) and- ]
Hey! You wanna keep it down?!
[ He'll just yell that down the hall to whoever or whatever that is. ]
GENESSIA CITY
[ Moving down the streets with a scowl on his face (not like he ever wears another expression) is a white-haired, sword strapped to his back with a glowing blue arm guy. He's heard the spiel about this place, is annoyed with this whole kidnapped by spirits shtick going on here, and can't remember the last time he actually ate something so that's where he's headed. Or hopes he is.
The first food place he finds, he drops some of those red bills down and asks what he can get with some of this and, as he waits for his food to be brought to him, if you're staring, he's gonna feel that... even address you without looking over. ]
Take a picture, it'll last longer.
[ That, or, he's going to be sitting there at whatever table is available, head in his hands and clearly just DONE with this place already. ]

So, she just laughs a little to his face. It seems like he probably could get into a good fight, but in the end she still is incapable of avoiding her need to tease. She doesn't know him well enough to do much more than that, at least. ]
I didn't say that. We're stuck here, right? I'm not going to stop looking for a way home, but I don't want to be miserable. [ She definitely doesn't think there's a blue demon arm that'll swat her, but she's pretty sure he's not happy. ] We're on the same boat, friend. I'd like to -- need, even -- to get back home, so I'm not gonna just give up.

Yeah, well from what I've heard, all roads point to a dead end.
[ Which, frustrating much? Just a touch. But he's only just arrived - same as his companion here - and so who knows what the future has in store for them, right? Yeah. ]
You come here alone then?
[ As in, the only one from her world. Thankfully (or maybe not so thankfully) Dante is here from his own and while he and the other demon hunter have had their moments in the past, Nero still respects him, still owes him, still considers him an ally and someone he would go to should shit really hit the fan.
Of course he will never actually admit any of that cause, you know, cool demon hunter and all. Yeah. ]

Well, you gonna just give up if that's the case? I'm not defeated on that yet, sorry.
[ Probably a little more on the not-so scale, but the guy seems pretty alright -- Dante, that is. She might prefer Nero already to him, but maybe... don't mention that to Dante? Either way, couldn't hurt to have guys like them on her side and it definitely wouldn't hurt them to have someone like her around. ]
To my knowledge, yeah. Looked around and no one I know's here. Could change though with how weird this place is. You here alone because you seem like you might secretly be itchin' for an ally.

Are there stairs here? Because if so, he's going down those. Otherwise, it's down another hall on this mission to find the source of noise and try to gently tell them to shut the hell up. Talk about a social experiment. ]
Not really one for teamwork.
[ In case she couldn't pick up on that vibe from him. It's nothing personal? Just, having that lone wolf nature of his and figuring he can handle shit a lot better and quicker on his own, well, that's just how it happens. ]
But yeah, I know someone here. [ A beat. ] Still trying to figure out if that's a good thing or not.
