[The screen blips on and a woman can be seen in it. She's not smiling, but she's not as angry as some either. Mostly, she appears to be neutral. She's dressed casually, wearing jeans, a white top and a black leather jacket. She's hesitant, as if she wants to say something, but she's trying to choose her words carefully.]

So... There's no way to get home, huh.

[There is tension in her shoulders as she tries to relax, taking a deep breath and letting it out slowly. As angry as she is, and she is angry, she knows losing her temper won't solve everything. Surprisingly, she has the voice of her pseudo-brother in her head and it's kind of calming her. For now.]

I... I've been to, uh, that place. Whatever. They answered my questions, I guess. [She rolled her eyes at that.]

Now what?

No way to get home right now. I have to have hope that someday, we'll be lucky and find something.

[Guess whose sticking to her super happy and positive form for this one. This blonde woman who appears on the feed with a smile on her face.]

But as for what now... I guess it depends on what goal you have. What do you want to do?

Goal? I'm not sure. I just got here. I don't even know much about this place. I think I'll have to do some exploring first, but...

[A small sigh slips out as she seems resigned to being stuck here.]

Have to do something, right?

That's right. I mean I have heard there are people whose goal is to figure everything out about this world. But if that isn't up your alley, it's just a case of finding something to do.

[And in her case, having to do a lot of things just to keep up appearances of the forms she has chosen. Don't want people to think two people might, in fact, be the same person. She needs to test out what works.]

And if that is the case, you do what makes you happy.

Finding things out would probably help. For now, I think I'm better off just trying to fit in. Find a home. Find a job. The things you're supposed to do, right? Until I feel a little bit better about my situation.

[And playing by the rules wouldn't hurt in the short term.]

What if you don't know what makes you happy?

Yeah, it's always a good thing to try and fit in from what I can see.

[She paused, finding herself tapping her finger gently against her cheek.]

If you don't know, then that is what trying new things out is about, right?

New things might not be such a bad idea.

But the question would be, what first new thing would you try?

I don't know. I'd have to look around first, wouldn't I? I don't know what's being offered.

I guess that is true. I mean I didn't know what I wanted to do here. I still... kind of don't sadly.

But I am sure you'll figure it all out.
