As promised, here is your first letter. The potions I have been brewing for Mistress Kelpie have all failed. The first portion of the curse has been broken - as I told you - but the remaining parts are testing my patience. If I can't break them outright, I am planning on shifting the effects to another target. It would give her a respite. Of course that leaves me in an uncomfortable position, doesn't it? Who will bear her curse for a, hopefully, short while?

I can think of no one better than myself. Which means I need you to oversee the process. When it's time.

[He chuckles a little at that, though his cheeks remain flushed.]

[He arches a brow and pulls Albus closer.]

Your cheeks are red and it is a fetching color on you.

[Gellert presses his lips to each cheek, smiling at the heat.]

[That earns another laugh, even as the red remains.]

You tease. You shall do that to me on purpose now, I fear.

[He closes his eyes and revels in the sound. It's almost like flying.]

Only a little. [Gellert opens his eyes and embraces Albus tighter.] I will tease you affectionately.

[He settles a little more at that, the flush winding away as he nestles into the closer embrace.]

Oh, I've no doubt you will. And I will tease you in turn.

[Gellert rubs over Albus's back in comforting circles, watching him tenderly.]

Tease me all you like. I will consider it fair game for all the trouble I've caused you.

[Albus' eyes slip closed for a moment, savoring the massaging touches and running his own hands along Gellert's sides in turn.]

Mm, but when you touch me so, it is hard to remember any trouble at all.

[He smiles at the open enjoyment, his lips finding Albus's neck and kissing a gentle line to his shoulder.]

What trouble? No trouble exists here between us.

[He sighs lightly, letting his hands settle on Gellert's hips, gently tugging him closer.]

You're right. I can't recall any trouble at all.

[Gellert chuckles and shifts to lay over Albus like a blanket. Once he is settled, he presses gentle kisses to the other man's lips.]

At least we can have one place to escape.

[He returns each kiss, looking up at Gellert with warmth in his eyes, savoring the feel of him laying flush over him.]
