Following the recent spooky happenings in Everglade and Fayren, people could use some time to wind down and cool off after the fact. Knowing this, Gale sent out a mass invite to come by Hangar Queen for a day of mingling. He's waving the cost of food and drink for the day (given what he makes, he can take the financial hit), so people can just relax and have a good time. A special note is made to remind people that all ages are permitted and alcoholic and non-alcholic drinks are available, with alcohol available for ages 16 and over. Just don't cause any trouble and Gale will see no reason to throw anyone out. The club's mascot is even there for pictures! So why not swing by, even if for a short while? There's nothing to lose. Except your time.

Just be prepared to hear Danger Zone played a lot. It's a moral obligation for this club. Sorry (not sorry).

[Darc doesn't know what he's doing here. He's never been to a "club", he doesn't dance, the club's aesthetic reminds him of enemies from his past...and what kind of song is that? But there he is all the same, awkwardly standing aside.]

[But at least being confused and disgruntled is better than thinking about what happened in Fayren.]

[ Sousuke also felt out of place. The agents at FAMA told him, he needed to get used to crowds, noise and flashing lights. Hangar Queen was for all ages, so his presence probably wouldn't cause a scandal. The owner was also employed by FAMA.

There weren't many places where he could stay without bumping into people.A lot of people weren't sober, and some were energetically dancing.

He narrowly avoided colliding with Darc. ]

[His answer is terse, though Darc doesn't raise his hostility. Being almost bumped into isn't the worst thing to happen to him.]

You would've been hurt more from bumping into me, anyway. [It's not a threat - almost a joke, in fact. He indicates to the horns that grow from both of his shoulders and elbows.]

[ He notices the spikes once they're pointed out.]

You're right. That would hurt me more.

[ He's just taking that as a fact.]

[Yup, sure is.]

[Well they're interacting now. Darc looks Sousuke over - he's a big one, all right. Possibly a fighter. Definitely someone avoiding the crowds as well.]

You don't look like you want to be here any more than I do. [So why are you?]

[ He's an aspiring sumo wrestler at home and a celebrity professional wrestler in Genessia.]

My employers told me I need to learn how to socialize now that I have fans, and the owner is represented by the same agency.

The crowd is a bit much, though

I was...bored. I thought I'd see what one of these club places are like.

[He sure as hell isn't going to tell Sousuke that he's distracting himself in the aftermath of the Nightmare Event.]

I'm a professional wrestler. It's different from the type of wrestling I did at home, but I am learning to adapt.
Here, it's essentially staged unarmed combat.

Hm...This place certainly isn't boring. I could see why some people would enjoy themselves.

[Darc perks up at this.] You fight people for show? Damn, how the hell did I miss that when looking for a job? [He huffs] You sound like you're some sort of warrior too, then.

It's more of a show than battle.

[ It also lacks the ritual of sumo.]

FAMA scouted me. They handle various types of entertainers.
