Following the recent spooky happenings in Everglade and Fayren, people could use some time to wind down and cool off after the fact. Knowing this, Gale sent out a mass invite to come by Hangar Queen for a day of mingling. He's waving the cost of food and drink for the day (given what he makes, he can take the financial hit), so people can just relax and have a good time. A special note is made to remind people that all ages are permitted and alcoholic and non-alcholic drinks are available, with alcohol available for ages 16 and over. Just don't cause any trouble and Gale will see no reason to throw anyone out. The club's mascot is even there for pictures! So why not swing by, even if for a short while? There's nothing to lose. Except your time.

Just be prepared to hear Danger Zone played a lot. It's a moral obligation for this club. Sorry (not sorry).

Ah--[Well, that's unexpected but oh well.] A type of sandwich. A ground beef patty on a bun. Usually has cheese and some other toppings like tomato and lettuce. It's a staple back in my world.

Hm, sounds fine enough. [Darc does like meat.] It's free anyway, right?

[Oh right, he has to sit a table to order. Sitting with a stranger seems awkward, though he's already struck up a conversation.]

[Really, social interactions are still a tough thing for him.]

[Darc looks to one of the seats at the table, then back to Toshinori, silently asking permission.]

Yeah. Can't really beat that! [He sees the silent question and motions toward the seat if Darc wants to take it.] Toshinori Yagi. It's good to meet you.

[He takes the seat, and nods in turn.] I'm Darc, the Deimos King.

[At that, Darc is able to make his order before turning back to Toshinori. (He wasn't sure what "a side of fries" are, but he just went along with it.)] How long have you been in Genessia for?

A king! You may be the first royalty I have had the pleasure of meeting here! [He ponders a moment before answering] It's been around five months now. Yourself?

About two months for me. [Darc can't help but smirk as he feels a swell of pride.] There's at least one other royal here. Her name is Queen Daenerys. [He's not going to try remembering all of her titles - he'll leave that to Daenerys.] I guess royalty isn't the strangest thing to see in a place like this.

[It's new for Darc to not be considered strange, either. He's not turning heads the way he did back home.]
