So this is 'Genessia'. [Her voice is slightly hoarse, barely feminine and her tone is somewhat... blasé]
Well I hope this world will be a better one. [She would say 'the right one' but that would sound way too optimistic for Raven.] ...And that they have Rooibos and a good library.

Humans. Pokemon do not have the desire or technological ability to accomplish something of that scope. For the most part, Pokemon live in the wild, only interacting with humans when sought out by humans.
