[After a while of looking around, Zelos found himself outside the archway to Nanae Island. He'd explored there as well, but there was no sign of Nanana, yet.

She couldn't have left as well, could she?

He took a seat, cake box sitting to one side.]

Sooo… anyone seen Nanana around, recently? Cute hunny, purple hair, blue eyes, obsessed with pudding and treasure?

She totally just stood me up!

Still, he tried to reply in as unfazed a tone as possible. It hurt, deep down, but that was not something he was prepared to show. Did Nanana really have anything to go home to?]

Ne-Never mind. [He paused slightly. He wasn't exactly sure how to answer the next part.]

[He knew Nanana was dead, back home, but given that she was a ghost he wasn't sure what would happen to her. The idea of disappearing from Genessia and vanishing into oblivion did not bother Zelos too much, but Nanana...deserved better than that.]

Well it's kinda dull sitting here all on my own, and I'd hate to see all these treats go to waste. I was just wondering if you wanted to come join me for a little while~

[He gave Chihiro a friendly wink. Trust Zelos to try and hide his own pain through relentless flirting.]

[He was trying his best not to sound upset, and for the most part, he was pulling it off.]

[He was glad, in some ways, that she was showing the sadness for both of them. Nanana deserved that much, but Zelos never wanted to reveal his true feelings.]
