[In spite of this being his first day, here, he's absolutely calm when his face appears on the network. The brunette young man's got his chin propped on one hand, casually peering at the camera.]

Well, I must say...This is the most fascinating thing I've seen, in quite some time. [A finger taps the side of his face, idly.] While it wasn't too difficult to take apart... putting it back together proved to be a bit of a challenge.

[Yes, he's saying that with a perfectly straight face. Though, no, it hadn't been a challenge...at all.]

Tell me, fellow...Genessians... [Is that a proper term...? Eh, he's going with it.] Do any of you know of the best places to look for a job? [The bitterness might be difficult to catch in that smile.] It seems I might be here for a while, after all.

Between all of the death, destruction, politics, competitions, and general lack of anything resembling a decent day of relaxation, I've decided that I'm going to host a party. Not a big one, not for any particular occasion, but it's just going to be a bunch of people coming together to have a good time, recover, and if any of you have anything you would like to add that falls under the category of relaxing and letting go of some stress, let me know so we can plan it out appropriately. A live band would be especially desired.



[ A paper copy of the invitations will be delivered to everyone's mailbox in a fashion that breaks no windows whatsoever and is probably quite refreshing. On the back of the paper copy are directions to the block between Oak & 8th and Nettle & 8th. ]

As you may have noticed, there are currently two candidates for City Guardian. I wouldn't exactly endorse either of them, but one of them I do want to make sure each of you know something about. If it ever comes to fighting against her, and I'm not saying it will but if it does, don't use anything based in fire or electricity unless you want her to win.

I don't know that it'll come to that and don't tell her I said anything either. Professor Ozpin said not to judge either of them based on their pasts, so I'm not, but I'm just saying! If one of them tries to burn down the city, I'd rather we at least have how not to get killed straight away.

Also, I need to speak to each of you about your roles in my party. [ Yes, she is entirely volunteering anyone in her team to help with this. ]

I must apologize for my absence the last couple days after the attack, I went exploring and seemed to have forgotten my device.

[Or purposefully left it behind- though that for another time]

I can say I successfully did a rather expansive tour and I am looking to take up a position as a local Pharmaceutical or Chemist Station in town for minor ailments as well as a green house next door. However, I'm not exactly sure how to go about procuring a space for such an occupation though I think I noticed a couple of vacant venues around Genesia City. I would like to stay here. That being said, if anyone has any information regarding this, please let me know.

It's comforting to know the city seems to be returning to some semblance of peace.

By the way, I forgot to introduce myself properly before. My name is Kurama.

[Luthor opens a feed to the mysterious contact labeled 'CPU'. It's time to put the information he learned from Satsuki to good use. He had already scouted a suitable area of Nova City.]

[after Lex finishes getting stuff from the CPU, and perhaps opening a sub-archway, all that remains is to announce the new Lexcorp's opening.]

"Good day, citizens of Genessia and Nova City. My name is Lex Luthor, and today I'm pleased to announce the opening of the Nova City branch of Lexcorp. I've prioritized our medical and robotics technologies because I believe they can do the most good here, but I hope to make the rest of Lexcorp's products available in Nova City within the next few weeks."

[Lex is telling the truth when he says those divisions can do the most good for the people here. But he's more concerned with how much good they'll do him, both for the goodwill they can buy him and by giving himself access to Lexcorp's most strategically useful resources.]

[He won't share everything with her. Just enough to be interesting, so she'll feel she's gotten something of value, and perhaps she really will. But nothing that could be harmful to Lex.]

What: It's a hot day in August okay! And whenever it gets too hot, Gray tends to strip more than necessary just to try and cool down. Of course, it's not fully intentional, and he doesn't mean to do this in front of women especially.

[Anyone who knew Gray, knew that when the temperatures were too high, he tended to shed clothing to compensate for the heat. Being an Ice Mage meant that he developed a high tolerance for the cold, but the same couldn't be said about the opposite.

This heat was absolutely dreadful, and if not for the wonderful snow cone stand not far off where he spent to get a nice cool down, it would be even worse. The stark naked ice mage practically bathed in the heat with the coned ice, sweating more than normal. How unfortunate that the playground for children was not far off from iron benches which Gray chose to occupy.

Think of the children? Certainly not!]

This has to be some sort of joke.  A dream perhaps...or an illusion? No. But then where is....

[Wandering around town, Haruka obviously had no clue that her jostling had turned on her communicator. Though it didn't take long for her to notice it. She picked it up and looked at it curiously.]


It turned on. [She looked into it with concern, scrolling through old videos and messages with vague interest]

Am I really stuck in some other world? 

[She just looked into the feed with an alarmed look]
