Karia the Mirrite

[Was it quiet in Fayren? Depends on your definition of quiet. What is a fact is tiny fairy-like girls don't eat a lot. Usually a berry or three a day and she's a happy camper.

Any reason to believe what you learned from fairy tales goes right out the damn window when you stumble upon a three inch tall stack of berries situated near a poorly constructed fairy hovel.

There were slurping noises to coming from the stack. Obnoxious slurping. Investigation into this weird stack and shack would quickly reveal a mirrite munching away happily on the berries.

Even if a passerby doesn't speak, Karia will notice eventually. The stronger you are, the sooner she'll notice. And when she does, she'll stop eating, a ring of berry juice around her mouth as she holds out a berry in both tiny hands.]

[Hello wonderful world of Genessia, have a light blue glowing fairy with white wings hovering over the device. The wings flutters time to time only when its moving, zipping up and down the screen, making some small dashing noises. How does this thing work?

Finally it bounces up and down on screen.]

Hey! What is this thing? Is it working? Link! Where did you go? We're suppose to stick together!

[Don't mind if she sounds a bit distress. Hopefully the Kokiri boy is around, somewhere.]

He had spent the last two days disoriented, looking for information on the place he'd ended up and how he'd gotten there, going through the files on the.. cell phone? The device he'd been given. He had avoided people, and common areas. He wasn't stupid, and he recognized that there were no visible walkers here, but that hardly meant it was safe; After all, nine out of ten times he'd been close to dying, it wasn't the fault of walkers, but people.

When he finally activated the video call on the device, it was because he had reached the end of his patience with waiting and watching. He was in an alley making the call, somewhere in Attleton, which had felt more familiar to him than the big city of Genessia or his brief exploration of Nova City. The similarity it held to Alexandria kept him on his toes - he wouldn't drop his guard there, not anymore, so he wouldn't do it here, either. The picture was dark, but viewers would see a frowning teenage boy, with long brown hair and, curiously, a white bandage covering one eye and wrapping around his head, tucked half under his hair. His finger is in the way of the bottom of the picture a little, where he was working with the settings.

"Is there really no way out of here?" He asked bluntly, glancing out towards the end of the alley, keeping an eye on his surroundings as much as he was paying attention to the device. "I just got here. I don't want to stay." He had to get back to his dad, Judith, and the others. He didn't want to stay in this weird snowglobe of a world with no walkers, with normal people and stores and shit. It wasn't right. It didn't feel right.

He paused before adding, "If there's no way back.. where can I get a job?" He didn't want to stay long enough. But he sure as hell wasn't going to go to some home or something with little kids.

Dr. Angela ❝Mercy❞ Ziegler
It looks like I've come back. When did I even leave...? That's strange...

[You'll hear a swiss doctor talking, though she doesn't seem to be talking towards the phone itself and it's facing towards her legs for the moment.]

I wonder how long it's been... It doesn't feel like it's been long and yet.... I'm sure there must have been some time since I've left.

[Angela will finally face the phone towards her with a faint blank expression, looking around as if trying to get a grasp of the situation. She'll finally look to the phone directly with a faint smile.]

Sorry for disappearing, but it seems my time is not up here just yet. I wonder if the hospital will let my have my job back...

Anyway, for those who don't know me, my name is Angela Ziegler and I'm a field doctor for an organization called Overwatch back home. My allies call me Mercy. If somebody could tell me what's happened lately, I'd be really grateful. I don't know just how much I missed. It doesn't feel like much time has passed, but maybe that's just the affects of that Genessia has on a person returning...

If there's anything I can do to help out, let me know. Otherwise, I need to find a place to stay again.

[With that she'll do a small, polite wave and disconnect for the time being.]

[In one of the pods, a mess of long, ginger hair was sprawled about. At first, Futaba thought she was just in some weirdo dream, but the moment she sat up in the pod, she realized that she'd seen this place before. It took her a few moments with her fatigue to realize just why that was.]

Woah! This is not what I expected to see when I woke up!

[Glancing around a bit.]

This is.... Genessia..? Why am I back here?

.... I really need to contact the others if they're still here.

[When the feed turned on, people will see a nice bed head as she put on her glasses lying next to her.]

I guess I did see something about people leaving and coming back last time, but I didn't think it would happen to me as well... Welp, I guess anything goes here.

Akira? Haru? Are you guys here? .... ..... [A small pause before] ....Akechi...?

Um... If you are... Can you come pick me up? That would be... really appreciated. Thanks.
