Today is the Grand Opening of the Snuggly Duckling~ Yay~

[The first thing anyone sees is Rapunzel one arm in the air as she cheered her little heart out. She was so happy with what she had been doing for the past few weeks. She had managed to get everything ready within that time including all the painting that she did by herself.]

I have my menu sorted and over time I am slowly going to introduce various drinks, but right now it's mostly basic drinks like teas, coffees and juice. But I am planning on figuring more as I go so keep an eye out.

[She had lowered her arm in that time, making her way over to the backroom or at least her most important room. As she stepped inside the room seemed bright and cheerful as there were paintings everywhere, if one were to look closely they were painting of various people she knew and had met during her time here.]

While I have that business the money that it makes will be going into this venture. My Light Up a Dream project. I'm planning on helping those who cannot normally achieve their dreams and helping them. [She smiled brightly.]

it may not be as wonderful as various other business ventures, but seeing the face of someone whose achieved something they could never have dreams possible... Then to me, it was worth it. [She was carrying the device as she went and sat down in the chair by her new desk.]

Though with all of this I still have one question... Can anyone tell me why people like to drink alcohol? I am admittedly a bit curious and was thinking about learning to make some drinks for the Snuggly Duckling and just wanted to learn more

[Shi's CR would have had a difficult time finding the small Curse Kami, but less trouble finding letters explaining his absence. In a note on his bedroom door, one at the shrine, and little notes carried by his Pokemon, Shi has explained that he went to the Dream Docks to learn more about his Curses. He would be back in a few days, and would answer any messages his friends left him.

But j/k. Three days later, and Shi is back. But he's not eager to answer messages. He's found a way to control his curses, and it's more complicated than he'd hoped.
Also, it's left his looking closer to his age of 16 and like he got into a fight with some blue hair dye.]

Good afternoon, everyone. I'm new here. [He's not.] My name is Yoshiya. [No, this is Shi Yamato.]

I'm wondering, um... Hm. How to phrase this...? Is there still a carnival coming up soon? [pause. wait. He said he was new, then he asked about the carnival.

He backtracks:] I saw... posters? [Did he? Even he's not sure? Ugh. This is hard.]

N-never mind. Good day. [hangs up to go rehearse his lying.]

[He's actually going to rehearse his lie, though. 'Yoshiya' is standing in an alleyway, facing a wall and rehearsing lies. He's got a notepad that he's taking notes in as he tries to figure out what to do. He can be caught mumbling to himself, as he's deeply focused and a touch panicked.] 

Should I tell Seth? What do I do...? I should go back to my job...? But then people will find out 'Yoshiya' is a Kami too... I don't want to lie either... [He sighs, turns around, and leans against the wall.] This didn't help me at aaaall.

[The voice is young, female and with a major Southern accent. Tulip's also too spooked to be seen on camera.

Waking up in a pod covered in blood, that takes the weird cake.

Kioshi decided one day, as Newt is out in the field to kidnap him. Which to be honest - having met Kioshi before Newt was alright with this. However, Newt didn't know Kioshi was going to kidnap Newt to a house. A very lovely house in fact. Between the Gothic and Russian architecture and towers - Newt felt like he was back at Hogwarts.

"Very lovely house; but why are we here?"

That said - kidnapping Newt usually means also kidnapping Tina and Albus.

[Obviously she's speaking to someone else on the other end, but only she can be heard, though she certainly sounds like she's having a good time at the moment. You can just about hear her grin.]

[Pause as she listens to whatever is being said before replying again.]

[It's at this point that the sound of shifting can be heard as if she's picking up her phone and then.]

Whoops, sorry everyone. Didn't mean to broadcast. Just you know, ignore all that.

[And then she quickly hangs up.]

Ten is taking a break from work; as he's caught up and decided to ride around on his motor scooter - helmet and sunglasses included and just going where-ever and finds himself in one of the subarchways - one that apparently he has not come across yet.

Let's see; cars, aircrafts and trains. Which right now; someone is racing on the motor scooter along side the train.

He'll take his kicks where he can get them; thank you very much.

[She had no idea where she was when she woke up. The last thing she could recall was being in her group's hangout falling asleep after a good day of work. If she could recall they had killed at least three powerful people and made that well known.

But now she was in a style of the city she was unaware of. To say she was confused was a perfect understatement. Never the less she kept calm as she left the Bay turning to watch the hologram the moment it started. Once she was finished she set about exploring and seeing what the world had to offer. and mostly ending up carrying food around whenever she came across food stores.

It was rather nice to be able to afford food sometimes when you lived the life she does.]

[She soon switched on the feed. She had decided to use her angelic personality she had mastered and her look to try and gain the trust of people. As she was about to speak she had been currently eating hat seemed to be a sandwich.]

So first things first. Fan of the food. [Sure it wasn't what would keep her filled her long, but damn it she was taking advantage of actually having food.]

Second of all, I'm not going to ask for people. If they are here they will come to me. But I really hope it's not the case... People back home just aren't that nice. I wouldn't want them to cause problems here. But what I need to know are about jobs.

[She paused before taking a small nibble of the sandwich that was still sitting at the side.]

I've never actually had a job before... So I don't know where to start in looking. So would someone please be so kind as to help a poor little beginner here. [She knew she was lying, but it was always something she was good at. Though it depends on what one meant by job. Killing people for a living wasn't something she did for money, but more personal gain and with money as an added bonus if she got hired.

But she frowned slightly, if for the time being.]

I'm not sure how I can help you with helping me. So I guess I'll just owe you one favour. How does that sound?
