I ❄ ＦＲＯＳＴ 【Action】

 [If anyone happens to be by The Bay, they might notice that the water seems to have frozen. That wouldn't be so strange given the season, but then there's that trail of ice that leads out of the bay. If you follow the ice, you might even notice something that does not fit in the setting.

A giant ice palace. Like... literal ice. Although it is more like ice art than it is an actual building. If you decide to wander in, you might see the Ice Queen herself standing by the balcony inside of the ice palace. 

Elsa hasn't even bothered to tried to use the communicator just yet. What is this foreign technology? She may have had more control on her powers now, but that didn't mean they were perfect. The ice trail and frozen Bay would eventually melt. But for now...]

Hey, What are you doing in here?

[Wow. Real friendly, Elsa.]

[She'd question why she's floating like that, but the girl's suddenly very close to her.]

Oh, I... T-thank you.

"You're welcome!" There was a pause, the little youkai hovering there... "Oh! I'm sorry!" Instantly she dropped to the ground, grasping Elsa's hand in her own and shaking it vigorously. "Hello! I'm Koishi Komeiji! I'm a satori youkai. You don't have to be scared of me though. My head broke a long time ago so I can't read minds anymore."

She looked down from Elsa's face to her hands. "Ah! Your fingers are a little chilly. Here!" She wrapped her hands around the snow queen's. "You should wear mittens when its icy. And a coat. Unless you don't have to. I've met people before who don't have to."

[This girl... She... wasn't afraid of her? Well... It's not like she had a reason to be, but that was always a new concept for Elsa. As if out of instinct, she pulled her hands away and brought them to her chest.]

Oh I... It's okay. The cold doesn't bother me. [And after a pause...] I'm sorry but I... I don't know what a satori youkai is.

[koishi_komeiji]

"Okay. I'm glad. If it did bother you then it would be bad to be in a place made of ice." She didn't seem at all deterred by the fact Elsa had pulled her hands away. "It's okay. A lot of people here don't know what saori youkai are. But that's okay."

Her third eye drifted forward, hovering a bit in the snow queen's space. "We're psychic youkai. We live underground usually but I like to go and explore the world. My head is broken so I can't hear thoughts anymore which is good. If I could hear thoughts then I'd hear everyone's minds chattering and then I'd have to lay down for awhile. It's too noisy!"

There was a pause, Koishi tilting her head... She darted forward quickly, gingerly lifting Elsa's braid. "Miss! You have the most amazing hair! It's so long and shiny! I just noticed!" At least she wasn't pulling...

[So whatever a youkai was... she seemed to have her own powers that messed with her. Before making a comment, she was distracted by the next comments. She wasn't used to so much positive attention.]

Oh I... thank you.

[koishi_komeiji]

And Koishi was just going to keep giving her positive attention. "You're welcome miss!" The little youkai's eyes drifted up staring a bit... She let go of the braid, drifting up into the air and moving around to the queen's front.

"Miss? Are you okay? You're thoughts are all tangled and you're changing strange colors. Also, you're frowning a little. Like this" The little satori frowned a little, trying to copy Elsa's expression. It didn't last more than a few moments. "What's wrong?"

Oh I.. I'm okay. I'm just not used to much positive attention.

[koishi_komeiji]

"Not used to?" Koishi tilted her head. "But you're so nice! And you have such lovely powers! You could do so many clever things with them. Like this!"

She held up her hands, summoning pink, blue, and purple balls of light, letting them drift around the castle, refracting and reflecting off the ice. "Look, see? You could make the prettiest danmaku!"

Oh well... T-Thank you...

[Wow this was strange... A good strange, mind you. But what were these lights...?]

I... What? What is a "danmaku"?

[koishi_komeiji]

"Danmaku is a form of non lethal dueling where I come from. The goal is to dazzle your opponents with pretty lights and patterns and then hit them. They have to dodge and fire back. It's lots of fun!"

She perked up. "Miss? We're having a danmaku party to celebrate the new year. You should come too so you can learn about it. It's super duper fun!"

Oh, I see.

[That was an interesting event then.]

I just might stop by then.

[But she's still not used to being around people anymore so, probably not for long.]

[koishi_komeiji]

"Yeah! Mister Stripes gave me cards to hand out to people who might want to go!" She reached into her pocket and withdrew a slightly wrinkled card. "Please come. There will be lots of neat magic and food and fun! And I bet everyone will love your ice powers!"

[Taking the the card, she examined it.]

I'll think about it.

"Okay!" Koishi flew up higher, readjusting her hat more securely on her head. "I should go now Miss. I'm getting hungry and I bet Sis made something really tasty back home. She's a really good cook! I hope I see you again Miss. You're really nice!"
