 [If anyone happens to be by The Bay, they might notice that the water seems to have frozen. That wouldn't be so strange given the season, but then there's that trail of ice that leads out of the bay. If you follow the ice, you might even notice something that does not fit in the setting.

A giant ice palace. Like... literal ice. Although it is more like ice art than it is an actual building. If you decide to wander in, you might see the Ice Queen herself standing by the balcony inside of the ice palace. 

Elsa hasn't even bothered to tried to use the communicator just yet. What is this foreign technology? She may have had more control on her powers now, but that didn't mean they were perfect. The ice trail and frozen Bay would eventually melt. But for now...]

[Luke was only trying to say hello when she harshly asked who was coming--at which point his startled reaction ends with him slipping on the trail of ice, the scrambling ending with Luke on his bottom and hat over his eyes.]

A--augh!

[The boy straightens his hat, blinking up at the stranger.] H-hello. I'm Luke.

[O-Oh... There's just a young boy... She does let her stern reaction falter slightly.]

I'm sorry! I didn't--I just saw the new building, and I know...I thought maybe you needed help. I'm sorry for just wandering in!

[PLS DON'T BE MAD AT ME. Luke clambers back to his feet, still trying to fix his hat.]

[Help? He wanted to help her? That was always going to be a strange concept for her. Considering how most of the attention she'd gotten over the years has all been negative; full of fraught and attempted murder of the ice queen.]

No, it's... It's okay. I'm sorry to have startled you.

[Surely such a nice looking boy couldn't mean to do her harm... right? Starting down the ice staircase, she made her way down.]

But I do need help, of sorts. I don't understand why I've been brought here or even what I'm supposed to be doing here.

[He fidgets uncomfortably as she comes down the stairs. You're making him nervous, Elsa.]

I don't think anyone really knows. I certainly don't know what I'm doing here, anyway.

So... there's not explanation or anything as to why we've been taken here?

[Luke shakes his head with a little frown.]

Not that I know of, no.

[At least he'll be a good person to interact with, since he'll be friendly almost regardless of what she does!]

[Of course she's disappointed, but there was no helping that. So instead of continuously asking the same questions...]

What should I know about this.... Genessia?

Well, for starters...it's here.

But it's not just this one city. There's Attleton, Fayren, Nova and Everglade, as well as Genessia City. You can get to the other cities using the archways.

Most people I've met here are nice. [He pauses, reconsidering his statement.] Well--if they aren't nice, they at least aren't mean. There are some people who aren't so nice, but that's not usual.

[Again, he pauses, thinking.] When you got here, they should've given you some money. The red pieces of paper. It's enough to get started, before you find work. Most of the shops here seem like they're always hiring.

Oh, I see. [There are other cities around here... Taking a mental note of that.] Those are the currency here?

[She did remember seeing them, but she didn't quite get what they were for. That solves that mystery.]

Mmhm. And there's plenty to get settled, so long as you're careful with how you spend the money.

[Luke tilts his head, then reaches into the little bag he carries.] I have a map too. The ones in the library aren't very good.
