 [If anyone happens to be by The Bay, they might notice that the water seems to have frozen. That wouldn't be so strange given the season, but then there's that trail of ice that leads out of the bay. If you follow the ice, you might even notice something that does not fit in the setting.

A giant ice palace. Like... literal ice. Although it is more like ice art than it is an actual building. If you decide to wander in, you might see the Ice Queen herself standing by the balcony inside of the ice palace. 

Elsa hasn't even bothered to tried to use the communicator just yet. What is this foreign technology? She may have had more control on her powers now, but that didn't mean they were perfect. The ice trail and frozen Bay would eventually melt. But for now...]

Hey, What are you doing in here?

Well trust me. We're real. Very real. And - since nobody in this place seems to be able to tell what an ancient demon lord looks like - don't even think of calling me "kid" or any form of it. I'm a good 1300 years older than you.

[But then you're also speaking from your isolation, Elsa. Not everyone intentionally isolates themselves from the world and their own sister, you know.]

I have to lock myself in a coffin to get any time by myself. Even then, someone might break the lock. I rule over an infinite dimension of the most bloodthirsty brutes to ever exist. There's no shortage of intrigue.

[Coffin... She thought about mentioning it, but at this point it seems silly to do so.]

I suppose that does put things into perspective. I can slightly sympathize...

[But just very slightly... People going after her to kill her sort of fits right?]

Somehow, I doubt a human could, but, eh, whatever.

[He wanders over to a wall, kicking it hard enough to send cracks spider-webbing through the ice.]

...So, ice magic, huh? Never seen it used quite like this.

[People and their need to destroy her ice palace... With that, she'll just fix it up without really attempting to hide her power.]

[Laharl just nods as he watches the ice fix itself.]

Huh. Well, just so you know, while you're here, you're my vassal. Which means there's a monthly tax of two pudding cups. Don't be late with them. You don't want me coming around to collect back taxes, trust me.

Oh? [That earns a raised brow and a stern look.] I'd hardly think that a queen would be a "vassal" to anybody.

[Although, she doesn't intend to use her queenly status here for anything because it doesn't mean anything here.]
