[The feed opens a bit wobbly, but in no time it focuses on the scene. Someone seems to be holding who was near ground level. The light is minimal, but one can see a familiar face staring down at a corpse. It's the city guardian of Fayren looking down at a dead man who had his right arm sliced off. In Azula's hand was the severed arm, but it didn't look human. In fact, for anyone familiar with dragons, they'd know it was a dragon claw.

Surrounding Azula was mounds of gold, and red, blue and purple flame. For people who knew Azula, they'd know that some of those flames were not hers - it had a different colour.

After a while, Azula approaches the feed and drops the severed arm in front of it.]

I'm sure a lot of you have read the papers. A bounty has been placed on dragon corpses. The bounty however is not redeemable from either the royal family, or I. I suggest you thread carefully.

There has been an increase in dragon population the past month. Whatever original population existed prior, knows nothing about it, hence they are under the care of His majesty and not to be harmed. In fact, they have diligently offered their assistance.

The new breed seems to be unique. They look like humans for the most part. If angered...[Clearly, she tried to challenge one.] ...they grow to around 60-70 feet in height and are highly capable of burning anything to ash. They seem to be very fond of gold as well. Any lost gold shall not be replaced, so be careful.

If you can deliver their corpses to me, the royal treasury can offer 3-4 thousand red bills, per head.

[For a brief moment, Azula stares at the feed with her face reddening a bit, before she shakes it off.] Also, I need to warn everyone. There's also an ongoing investigation with regards to missing people. Aside from being young, the only similarity between all 80 cases, is the fact that all missing people seemed to lack a certain degree of physical relationship...

[Then, the creature holding the feed squeaks.] They is all virgins!

Yes. They are. So if you're a virgin, well, I highly suggest you seek protection in the Guardian's tower beside the castle.

Ignoring.. all the other things for a moment, exactly how do they know if someone is a virgin?

[ She's not 100% sure how to feel about the whole thing and isn't going to speak up because she's pretty sure anything related to killing dragons of any kind is going to have Zuko piiiiiissed. ]

[He can be pissed all he likes, but in their world, as far as she's concern, their family kill dragons when they come of age. Plus, protecting the people of Fayren is her top priority.]

I wish I knew. All I know is, we're losing virgins at an incredible rate and I'm yet to find a single missing body - dead or alive.

[ Weiss isn't even sure anymore, because honestly, kidnapping people doesn't exactly sound like something she wants to defend. In fact it's the opposite of what she wants to defend, Zuko's affinity for them or not.. ]

I think the best option would be to keep an eye on someone and see where they get taken. If they are still alive, that would be the best way to find the rest of the kidnapping victims.

[ She's not going to constantly refer to them as virgins, she's really not. ]

If you're worried about the original population, they're protected within the castle grounds. This new breed however, doesn't seem to be in a negotiating or diplomatic mood.

Considering your history, I highly doubt you're in the best position to open a diplomatic channel. They will listen to me, however.

Of course. I've already erected a psychic barrier that keeps any I ave not made a note of allowing into my cave from getting in. I will make some adjustments to my sanctum that would be more conducive to his species.

Dragons stealing virgins. It's like something out of a fairy tale.

No idea what the difference is, but dragons in stories always like to eat virgin princesses.

[ weiss is right; zuko's not happy about any of this, and the notion of dragons who can turn themselves into humans is ridiculous. dragons infused with the power of koh, able to shift and twist themselves into another form... it didn't seem possible. then again, being stolen away to another world shouldn't be possible, either. ]

You could've told me about all this before taking it to the feed.

[She will never acknowledge the blame for anything. Much less will she acknowledge she's wrong.]



Either way, you're here now. You could choose. Protect the original dragons of this place, find the ones funding the alternate bounty, protect the tower with virgins... or do something more efficient.

And what would you define as more efficient?

[ virgins, though... zuko's no longer at risk for being targeted for his virginity (not that azula's aware of that), but as far as he knows, his sister is. ]

Yes. Though judging by some rumors floating around, they take their gigantic serpent form as well when they try to attack humans or kidnap them.

Dragons that take human form?

[That sounds a little too close to home for Saleh. Though Myrrh is the only one with those qualities that he knows of. The fact that Azula speaks of more than one implies that they may be different from the ones in Magvel. Unless there were actually more members of Myrrh's race.]

[That wasn't something she would have ever thought she would hear before more. But the thing about virgins was worrying. She had been planning to go there and everything... She guessed she would have to avoid it for the time being.]

Though why is it that as you put it virgins are going missing? I don't quite get it.

Because that's the only thing the victims have in common.

I've learned recently too that virgins are more preferable to dragons and vampires alike. It seems to be troublesome if you ask me.

Human form huh....perhaps some rumors should be spread about a wealth deposit. Maybe luring them out is the best option....

That would be wise. At the moment, the largest stores still remain to be the royal vault. Regardless, a rumor best be spread as soon as possible.
