This place is too confusing...

[Hello! This sure looks like one confused young woman here, too confused to even remember what an emotional mess she is right now. Really, what is this kind of technology and place even? Sure sure, she got the explanations and read that pamphlet thing, but still. Anyone from the same world as her would recognize her clothes and 3D gear thing too, because wow she's not good with this video thing and the phone flips here and there.

What is she supposed to say to this thing even? Let's start with top priorities! Which is people instead of jobs, but she can look for jobs a chef, security, nurse or whatever later.]

ummm... I'm looking for some people! Oluo Bozado, Eren Jaeger and [pause, longer pause.] captain Levi? I--If you've seen any of them here, please let me know, okay?

[and biting her lip when she almost asks for two others too. Nope, not going to ask for them too.

[Yes, he would like to be adopted. He's painfully homesick, though he'll do everything in his power to pretend that is 100% not the case.]

She's got a copy of the map I've been working on, too, but if you need another just let me know. I can make you one, as well!

[She smiles at him being glad, that she's met Mikasa. Considering that Mikasa is said to be like worth a hundred soldiers, she's really glad too and because Mikasa's the first one to tell that Eren is here. So even if Levi isn't here ~~well now he is~~, Mikasa's company feels ...safe, not as much as captain's but second one right after him. And feeling safe is very good every day, especially right now.]

Yeah, I know. This thing helps a lot though, we don't have anything like this back home.

That's all right. I've figured out the photocopy machine, so it's easy to make duplicates now.

[Luke smiles sheepishly, leaning back from the camera. He glances away, head bowed as he digs through something off screen, before he produces said map. He holds it up to the screen so she can see it.]

Mmhm. Miss Weiss makes a map as well, but I try to update this one all the time, and keep notes.

[A close inspection might find neat handwriting beneath some of the buildings. For example, there's a small note under the marking for the Bay saying '~5cm water, pods; arrivals start w/money, key, pamphlet, amulet, phone'.]

Oh, I'm glad it's so easy for you here as I'm sure many people might want to get their hands on that map.

[Petra smiles at him and waits, watching curiously at his actions. Once the map is there, her curiosity gets bigger and she leans closer to the screen to take an even better look, paying attention to all the details on it. Needless to say, she looks excited.]

That looks really amazing and really helpful! I'd love a copy for myself too. I can try to keep mine updated, unless you update it for everyone with some regular meetings?

Oh--no. Mostly I do it by myself. If someone tells me something I just add it.

At first I drew all the copies myself. But now I can use the machine just fine.

I don't really think we have any say though. I keep looking 'cause I figure there has to be an answer, but then...nobody's figured it out yet so I guess maybe there isn't much else to do.

But... we're here now! And I've made loads of new friends here. And that's good too!

Maybe we'll find something one day, but we can try to enjoy this until then, yeah?

[Not that she wants people to go away, but she's not selfish enough to stop them from trying to figure it out or anything. She just really wants to stay here and wishes people from home can at least hope for the same for themselves.]

New friends are great, I should try to get a lot of those too. I think this could be a fun place to live in.

[Luke does not find Genessia a fun place to live. He doesn't like it here. He's homesick, and lonely, and nervous all the time. People get hurt here and there's nothing he can do to help overall. As such, he's not a fan. Despite meeting so many interesting people with interesting backgrounds, he simply would rather not be so far from home.]

[... She's pretty good at reading people and considering how she's talking with someone younger, who was just talking about finding a way home. Well, honestly the whole idea of ending up going back scares the fuck out of her and she doesn't want to even think about or she might lose control of her physical state right here.]
