[ Weiss takes a deep breath. This is something she's sure she should've done long ago. They had decided only to alert certain people because it would be easy enough to turn it against them and say they were the bad people if he hadn't done anything first. She just wished that his crimes hadn't involved her and her friends as the first thing she could name with clear evidence. ]

There's a threat that's been here for some time that we haven't made a public fuss about because everyone here deserves a second chance to make their life what they want of it. Rest assured, those who have pasts they want to leave there deserve that right, but if they come to Genessia and decide their idea of a good day is to, for example, kill or kidnap and torture teenage girls, then they deserve to be put in the spotlight and to spend their time here locked up in a cell.

[ After a brief second, she turns her video to a computer screen that has Torchwick's official mug shot displayed that she pulled from the Vale archway. ]

This is Roman Torchwick. Torchwick is wanted for murder, assault, theft, armed robbery, terrorism, kidnapping, torture, illegal acquisition of weapons, acts of discrimination based on species, attempted massacre, and a number of other crimes I'm not inclined to list because we'd all be here for a long time. He's also not a very nice person and his choice in fashion is questionable at best, but that's irrelevant to the matter at hand. [ She mostly just wants to insult him with that one. ]

At least four of those crimes have been committed in this world and if you have any doubts, consider me proof. [ Weiss held up her hand to show the symbol carved into it, freshly scarred over by now. She pulls her hand back, the camera back on her face instead of on Torchwick's picture. ]

Anyone who sees him who isn't capable of handling themselves against high-level combat abilities should report sightings to Schnee Company and their local City Guardian's office immediately. Anyone who brings him in alive and appropriately constrained themselves will be rewarded monetarily, but please don't risk yourself unless you're incredibly strong and durable in a fight. He does have an Aura, which means he can survive damage that would otherwise be fatal to humans many times over.

[ She decidedly has no problem attempting to start a manhunt even if all it results in is making it harder for him to sneak around. ]

People who do things like this deserve to be brought to justice.

I can barely hold my sword properly and I keep dropping things and frankly? I'm having a hard time hiding the fact that I've been trying to use my right hand for everything. You have different types of medicine from your world and you have experience in a warzone. I'm sure I'm not the first case of nerve damage that affected combat capabilities you've encountered. How the hell does that work? Are you all just taught how to make weapons? Or do you have someone else customize them? It's useful, if you can make anything into a weapon someone could always be armed and not even appear to be.
