Who: The entire AoT/SnK cast!
What: Ever since they've all started to arrive, Mikasa has already started with saving up for a house, but now she needs to have a meeting talking about it.
When: March 12th
Where: Casa AoT/SnK
Style: Starting in 3rd, but I'm switching to 1st in comments.

It's been a clear ever since everyone seemed to arrive one after another that there was no possible way to keep everyone together. Eren's and Mikasa's small apartment had been fine for a few of the arrivals, but it was quickly getting cramped. While they are all pretty much used to close quarters anyways, they didn't have to necessarily deal with it here. And then there was the case of any future people from home coming as well. So Mikasa has finally called an apartment meeting thinking of just that.

She wanted to make sure that they all had a chance to sort of get the hang of things here since they had all arrived here at the same time or close to the same time. She would have wanted to do this a while back when people had just started to arrive -- since she'd had this in mind for a while -- but it wouldn't be nearly enough time. And then there was drama surrounding what to do about Marco and just everything else that came from it that made it too awkward to even think of doing a meeting.

Well.. To be honest.... It was still too awkward now because things seemed to be worse, but she couldn't exactly keep pushing this further. She would just have to hope that things could stay calm enough, but she wasn't so sure. What with the drama between Armin and Jean, starting to date Jean as a couple only to turn into more drama because of things she probably shouldn't have brought up, and all of the awkwardness with Marco, it wasn't exactly the best last week or two...

Still, she wasn't going to make this about any of that. This was simply an apartment meeting. That was all.

[OOC: There will be no particular order in tagging since there's so many of us, so basically I'm going to say tag at your own desire/speed. with about 9 of us, going in an order will take too long to wait for each other. Feel free to make separate tags if that's easier too, but I'll try to stay on top of this myself that way Mikasa is answering as much as possible since she's the one who's leading this.]

[So once everyone arrived, Mikasa had slumped on the couch while still giving enough room for anyone who wanted to sit on the couch as well; It seems they were going to have to either sit on the floor or find a place besides the couch and the love seat chair for the time being. She had already had a good idea of the things to talk about during this, but she had taken the time to write down a list just in case. It also allowed her to write down any notes that should have been noted throughout the meeting. Armin had helped her look around for ideas of where to move, but they hadn't settled on anything.]

Okay, now that everyone is here.... As you can tell a good number of us have arrived here within a short amount of time and there's clearly not much room left for everyone here. So... [She glanced down to her list for a mere moment before continuing.] I've been thinking of saving for a bigger place where we could all have enough room and stay together ever since Petra arrived.

We don't have all live together I suppose. I don't know about you guys, but I would feel better if we all stuck together.

[Glancing to Armin for a moment, she then glanced back to her list absent mindedly as she tried to keep from looking towards certain people]

Armin and I have been looking around at different areas that we could move into that would be big enough for all of us and we've seen a few places of interest, but we haven't actually settling on something yet to keep an open mind.

That being said, that means that if you guys want to -- and I don't see why not personally considering it's pretty cramped -- we're all going to have to pitch in and watch what we're spending. I've already started -- as I've said -- but I think with the jobs that we have now, we should be able to cover things fairly easily.

There are a few things that I have in mind to talk about, but first of all I need to know who would rather have their own room or if you'd be okay with sharing with people.

I'm personally okay with sharing a room with Armin and Eren again if they are, but I don't want to speak for you guys.

[He's still worried about the Marco situation, and he wants to make things better with Jean somehow, but right now this takes precedence. Armin has been looking into possible places to stay for them for weeks to help Mikasa out, and it's been a lot easier for him, given both his computer training for work, and the fact that Weiss has hired a real estate manager. He's have collected several files on possible locations for everyone to leaf through - but a few choices stick out. He moves forward hesitantly when Mikasa's done talking, laying his files on the floor between them all.]

I've focused my efforts in Nova City, because the tall buildings are a strategic advantage, should we ever need to use our 3dmg - but I have possibles in all the cities. There are a couple options that look like more likely candidates than the others, though.

[He opens the files for the places he's talking about as he goes through their talking points, before passing them around the circle for everyone else to take a look.]

First are the Heaven's Court Apartments - the m-most economical option. It would be cheaper to rent two of these than any of the actual houses on this list. And it might be a little cramped, but if everyone wanted to share a room, with 4 bedrooms to each apartment, w-we could actually all fit in just one of these apartments - though we'd need to rent the second anyway if anyone else from home shows up. They're very high tech, and at the top of a skyscraper.

Second is one of these houses - more spacious and comfortable, probably, though also more expensive. These ones have two or three stories, and six bedrooms apiece, though, so both would serve our purposes well. They seem to have all the amenities, and they're in a nice neighborhood - with a good yard for training, and a little extra space in the house for any offices or other rooms we might like to set up.

Finally, I've found a run down mansion we should be able to get. It's more expensive, and we'd have to put a lot of work into it to get it into better repair - but we can still afford it if everyone who's working now pitches in, and we'd never need to worry about space again, no matter how many people start showing up. It has the potential to be as nice as any of the other places, too, once we get it fixed up, and has a fairly extensive yard as well.

[He moves back to the couch and sits next to Mikasa a little nervously, watching everyone else's reactions. Hopefully his choices were all right?]

[Levi listens to all of the options and what they both have to say in quiet. He was quite satisfied with what he had already, as the apartment was quite enough for him and Petra, but living with the others might have been good for both training and staying in touch. Besides, they would most likely have a room for themselves no matter what the option is.]

I would either pick one of the houses or the mansion. No matter how big an apartment is, it would still feel rather cramped. The other options have better chances of avoiding everyone needs to shit but there are too little bathrooms situations.

Though whichever the decision is, myself and Petra will be sharing a room.

[ Don't mind her, she's just choking on her goddamned glass of milk.

And it's not because he mentioned poop either. ]

[Levi will always be Levi, though he does have a good point with it this time at least. But the most important part of that's the part where she's going to share room with Levi, right? No?]

Bathrooms are one of the things that has come to my mind with this, yes. With how many of us are here, we'll need at least two or maybe three if possible that way we're not all fighting over using the bathroom.

That would be fine though.

[Since Sasha seems to be just fine... Moving on.]

Well, economical or not, those Heaven Court apartments sound way too high tech ... [For her liking anyway to put it somewhat bluntly. Not that she's against all of it, but for the most part ... No. She stops frowning once she thinks about the other options.] And it doesn't help that much if they're so small and if we keep arriving here at this pace anyway.

A house or a mansion sounds great though! It's not like putting a lot of work into getting it into a better condition would be bad either, that's not even completely new... [well, not to everyone here at least. She shrugs.] As long as it's not haunted, either a house or even a mansion should be fine.

[And yes, wherever they'll go, she'll share room with Levi. There's no other options for that as he already said.]

And honestly, fixing up the mansion together doesn't seem so bad to me. We can manage. It's not like we haven't done it before. It would also give more room just in case more do come.

[ he's coming in the door, a few grocery bags in his arms ]

Sorry for showing up so late. [ he won't even look in Jean's direction right now, so he's just going to look at Armin ]

[Looking to the door and then the bags, she went over to Marco to offer to help him with putting them away. She'd gotten one of the basics down after all.]

No problem. Thanks for getting the groceries. We were talking about which housing we'd prefer.

Anyone decide or anything? Or are we still talking it out?

Well, there's a few options, but we haven't decided just yet. We're leaning more towards the mansion for the sake of room and just in case more people show up though. Armin could probably give you the details better than I could though since he helped with a lot of that.
