Nova City Carnival

Where: Nova City at the grounds being used for the Carnival.
What: Nova City Carnival

The NCC (Nova City Carnival) opens up its gates for business on the 27thof March. The line to get inside was decently long during the first few hours, but as the day went on it shortened as things got into full swing and booth attendants got into the flow. By noon the place was pretty packed, with there being so much to do, many people planned on spending the entire day there.

Come nightfall, it didn't thin out at all. If anything, attendance grew as more citizens of Nova City made there way there. The atmosphere is as positive as you can expect from being around people that are enjoying themselves. And it would continue on like this until the final day.

Of course! There's seven different flavors of cotton candy in this carnival. I got all of them right here.

[Muse proudly raises that plastic bag full of cotton candy in hèr hand.]

Let me try it. [He says this was quite literally taking the bag of cotton candy from her before she had time to answer.]

There's melon, cherry, lemon, sour apple, pineapple, blueberry, and bubblegum! I like bubblegu-- Eh?

[Muse was about to get one for herself, but she just realized the bag was gone from her hand!]

[She gasped in shock when she sees it being on Grimmjow's possession. What the hell happened, she just blinked and it's gone! Crazy superpowers...]

Hey! Those are mine!

[Muse tried to reach for the bag and take it back]

[He was going to end up with a whole slew of knee hashtags when Salama finds out about this. He holds it out of her reach easily enough.] I'm just going to try some. You will get it back after.

[watertricks]

[Hopefully Salama won't find out, then. Those hashtags are mean!]

Jeez! Alright, just don't eat all of them, I haven't tried every flavor myself! And I worked so hard to get that money...

[Muse whined, muttering "Jeez, this guy" to herself.]

I don't plan on eating it all. But if I wanted to, then I would. [And he wouldn't let her stop him. He takes out some for himself and then hands the bag back to her.]

[Muse gently takes the bag from Grimmjow, holding it tighter and closer to her chest like that would help. She took a second to look at Grimmjow from head to toe. She didn't really get a good look at him when they first met and now, he really does look less scary than he was]

Oh, that's the sour apple flavor! I think I have an extra one. Let's try it together!

[Muse takes one sour apple cotton candy from her plastic bag and opened it with ease.]

[Grimmjow didn't really try to be scary, unless he wanted to intimidate a person. He tastes the cotton candy that he has in his hand and hey, it actually tastes pretty good.]

This is the bubblegum, I think.

[watertricks]

[Muse chuckled]

Bubblegum was the pink one you had earlier. You're eating a green one right now. Did you ever have bubblegum before?

[It wasn't condescending in any way. Muse was legitimately curious. She has no idea about Hollows and Shinigami, and how different they are from humans and Fairies from her world. So she initially thought Grimmjow knows all about human culture as much as they do]

No. Hollows don't usually eat this kind of stuff. We normal stick to humans, their souls, Shinigami and other Hollows. [Not a varied diet at all. Grimmjow was still learning a lot about the human world.]

[watertricks]

Hollow. I see.

[Muse asked the rhetorical question while eating some small bites of cotton candy. The part where Grimmjow said they eat souls and other Hollows was creepy to Muse, but at least he's trying to eat "normal" food now? She didn't express the chill she felt, and having some sweets to munch on helped with that]

Do you like eating human food, though? You seem to enjoy cotton candy a lot.

[She almost wanted to say it's cute seeing a a hardass like Grimmjow enjoy sweets. It was quite a unique sight]
