A small sigh came over the phone, the voice of the elegant maid following shortly after. "Medicine." A pause. She didn't know who this "Roaming Torchwax" was (and suspected that wasn't actually his name) but she, at the very least, didn't want to see the impulsive little doll get in trouble.

"... What exactly happened, if I may ask?"

The video is obviously addressed more to the rest of the city than to Medicine. He's impeccably dressed and looking as well as ever, and has his usual air of arrogance and condescension. He's even holding a cigar, though the end of it never quite makes it into the shot and there's suspiciously little smoke. Spoiler alert: it's not lit. He still can't smoke without feeling sick, but damned if he's letting her know that.]

Tsk, tsk. If anyone should be ashamed, I'd think it would be the one who's asking payment for services they didn't render.
