I apologize but I have no knowledge of what an "orc" is, though you do show many traits inconsistent with human physiology. Might I inquire as to what makes an orc an orc?

Many fairy-types have humanoid appearances and are yet capable of much more than anything a human could accomplish, setting them apart, yes.

They cannot eat human foods, their speed and strength far surpass a human's and their regenerative healing abilities allow them to recover from injuries quicker. As well, ghouls can use weapons that form at will, mine comes out of my back and usually has four, long tentacle like things called kagune.

That does not sound unlike some Pokemon. Growing weapons from the body is a tactic used most often by grass-types in my world, with vine whips and leaf projectiles being fairly commonplace.

Curiosity itself was the main motivator to ask. I am far from what any would mistake as human, and I was curious as to just how alone or not I was in this regard.
It is good you do not expect me to believe such a ridiculous claim. Gods are simply the creations of ignorant humans groping blindly to explain what they cannot be bothered to study.
