[There's a pause as Mewtwo inspects the video message, but opts to not reveal his own face just yet.]
I apologize but I have no knowledge of what an "orc" is, though you do show many traits inconsistent with human physiology. Might I inquire as to what makes an orc an orc?
Orcs are generally stronger, larger and tougher. We have thicker frames. Some have tusks. We're better at seeing in the dark, but not so great with sunlight.
[Muse wasn't sure how to take Mewtwo's answer. From his tone and choice of words, he seems to see humans as inferior species or something. Which Muse would disagree to even if there's no evidence that humans aren't]
Oh. What made you curious enough to ask us that? Is there anything I could help you with?
[Muse is a little more reluctant to help others now than before, though it's still in her nature to be helpful]
Well, you see... A ghoul is not a human for several reasons.
They cannot eat human foods, their speed and strength far surpass a human's and their regenerative healing abilities allow them to recover from injuries quicker. As well, ghouls can use weapons that form at will, mine comes out of my back and usually has four, long tentacle like things called kagune.
[ You wanted details so he is elaborating on things the best he can. ]
It's a bit more complicated than that, but that's the more simple eexplanation of it... sorry for rambling like that.
[Mewtwo bristles silently for a moment at the mention of the word mutant. He prefers clone. Mutant just bears too much negative connotation in his mind at the moment.]
Try telling that to the Humans that refer to us as monstrosities, abominations, gene jokes. They've created machines to hunt down and murder us, regardless of if we are adult, teenager or child.
Though some of us can pass as looking human, some of us stand out because we ate made of pure rock, or fire, or because we have wings or physically look like animals or other creatures.
[A sigh that is certainly carrying too much weight to be anywhere near 'normal' in tone.]
Even some humanoids are considered abnormal and monstrous within their own worlds while carrying a form of human dna. Do you seek that which is not human but sentient, or do you seek those who have been cast out of humanity for some reason?
I seek out those who carry no genetic markers of humanity. I have been in isolation for far too long, humans - with very scarce exceptions - have given me no incentive to keep their company, and I am curious to see if the same driving factors of humanity carry over to all 'civilized' creatures.

[She's curious what makes you so curious, Mewtwo]
I'm a fairy, but I look completely human. Does that count?
[Audio]
[A fairy? He'd not met many Fairy-type Pokemon, but he was familiar with them on a broad level at least.]
Many fairy-types have humanoid appearances and are yet capable of much more than anything a human could accomplish, setting them apart, yes.

A mutated human is still human.

Yes, they seem to exist in multiple worlds.
[She should look up that castle over in Everglade if she really wants to be a vampire.]

You cannot escape the markers imposed upon you at birth. If you were born human, human you remain, regardless of what you become later.
