[He can’t say he is really surprised with the outcome of any of the elections. Though he didn’t really prepare any sort of.. speech or anything.]
Congratulations to all of the Guardians, new and old. And thank you to those that put their faith into me by voting for me. To those that didn’t vote for me, I hope that I can make you think better of me by the end of my term. If not, then no big deal. It should be an interesting six months.

Levy's eyes go to the pendant as she reached for it. She doesn't really know what to make of the thing but it's curious. She flips to a page in her book and skims a few paragraphs before looking back at the pendant.]
You don't think that someone has altered one of these? [She taps her own stone which is sitting on the table next to more books. It's an organized chaos.]

I don't know that I'd say someone altered it, but I think it has something to do with the Archway on the back of the Bay. That Archway wasn't always there, but suddenly it was. Then that pendant appeared not long after it did. Around the edge of it is five slots that fit pendants. I think that pendant is 1 out of the 5 that will fit it. I don't know if all five will unlock it or make it blow up or something. But I am looking for the others.
So far, that is the only one that has popped up.

What if one shows up with each Archway? I was told they are a connection to another world and if that's the case it takes power to keep them in place. Maybe this little stone is the only one that's caused a problem so fair.
[It will depend to much on situation for Levy to be sure and she isn't the sort who likes to guess.]
