Give me a chance and I'll take it
What: Tea Party --> Slumber Party
When: August 25, 2015
Who: These Guys, also known as the Cute ApocalypseNames to be coming I promise Please join in, just start at the tea party so you can get invited to the apartment unless Koishi is dragging you along
Where: Teanie Teas --> Luke's apartment
started off simply, because when you're fourteen and you just think you'll have an afternoon with friends and their friends that's how most plans start. Some tea and snacks, a time to talk and meet new people and get an idea of how everyone has been doing, feeling, that sort of thing. Luke is always happy to let people use his tea shop, happier to share his tea, and happiest to share his tea shop while sharing tea with friends--that was his absolute favorite.
So Luke would think nothing of inviting a few friends to the shop on a quiet Tuesday afternoon. The store was never busy on Tuesdays, and the weather was supposed to be gloomy. A cup of tea and some pastries from the bakery would be a lovely way to spend the afternoon. If they went to meet Suna and let their various pokemon meet at his flat later, that would be even more fun, right?
Luke just didn't think the weather was supposed to be that bad. He didn't realize 'gloomy' was going to turn to 'thunderstorm' and then to 'flooding', which resulted in quite a few unexpected guests sprawled in various places in his small flat. Luke also didn't consider the connotations of having several young women in his flat (someone--not Weiss--will have to explain that to him later as well) overnight.
Altogether the cute brigade is going to have a lot of fun with their misadventures. There will be tea! There will be pokemon! There will be snacks! There will be makeovers! There will be snuggling up in astranger's Luke's flat!

"Ah...I'm okay..."
She still shakes a little, though. Who knows what kinds of UFO's will come flying at her next?

She was absolutely beaming, drifting over to where the box was and picked it up, holding it out to Luke. "Here! I brought you something because whenever I remember them I'm not home and whenever I'm not home I remember them! It's a present!"
Oh god the box was heavy, weighing at least ten pounds. If not more. As the contents shifted something distinctly metal could be heard clanking within. "But I remembered this time because my head didn't roll away!"

He's unconvinced, seeing as she's still trembling, but Luke finds himself distracted by Koishi's box, struggling with the sudden weight. As a result of his training with Mayu, it's not so much too heavy for him to manage as it is a surprise, and Luke staggers a step or so.
"I'm glad your head--what?"
Conversations with Koishi have a tendency to get veered off topic like this, Luke has learned, and he often finds himself going along with her. "What is it?"
no subject
She looked at the strange box as well. "What's in the box?"
no subject
They were likely some form of tactile puzzle considering they were made of metal. "I think you'll really enjoy them!"
no subject
"Ah! That will be fun! But I don't think I ought to play now, because when I start working on a puzzle..."
He glances back at Azalea. "I won't lose my hat again 'cause Koishi knows I don't like to lose it. It was an accident. I'm sorry, miss. I'm Luke, by the way. I don't think we've met before."
no subject
Azalea's frills rose a bit, giving a little smile. "I'm Azalea."
