001 [Video]

A scrawny-looking old man in a suit greets the camera. No, make that a shivering scrawny-looking old man in a completely soaked black and white suit. Still, despite that, he looks like he's in relatively high spirits; when he speaks, his quiet voice is calm, even slightly amused at the novelty of his situation.

"Well, this is new. I can't say I've been through a kidnapping like this before. Though I'm not sure I buy the part about different worlds. Still, assuming there's anyone listening, I do have a question or two. To start with, what day is it? It's a bit chillier than I expected."

Doubly so for someone in his circumstances; freezing temperatures and wet clothes (especially ones meant for milder weather) do not mix. Maybe he should get inside or find something dry to wear before he gets into serious trouble?

Yukiko will find him just inside one of the entrances of the Bay; not so far in as to be in the water, because he's trying to get dry, but just to have a roof over his head. He's hugging himself, head down and shoulders up, for warmth, but when he spots her, he straightens his posture.

"Lead the way." He nods respectfully, ready to follow.

Shortly after Yukiko shows up Sakura arrives at the Bay. There is a few towels in her arms and she's panting softly. She paused and looked between the two before bowing her head slightly.

"I'm sorry. I brought towels for you." She held out her arms and one almost toppled to the ground however Sakura quickly caught it.

Yukiko was quickly to stop the girl from falling over. Holding her steady she made sure she was up right before letting go.

"Careful... But I'm glad you brought towels for him, though that won't stop his clothes from being wet but it's a start if you all want to follow me after you use the towels of course." She moved a few steps over, knowing full well she always had a change of clothes even if temporary back at the inn, but she figured the other would want the towel first.

When the other girl he spoke to shows up, his reaction is mixed; he's glad she wants to help, but he can't help but worry about her.

"Thank you, young lady." A bit of stubbornness in a girl is never a bad thing either, he thinks. He reaches over to take some of the towels, drying off as best he can. When he's done, he nods to Yukiko again.

Sakura just smiled, her lips curling upward as he used the towel. She was happy to help even if it was only for a moment. When he finished she took the towel back and bowed her head slightly.

"I hope you get warm." She looked towards Yukiko. "And thank you. Sorry if I interrupted."

She didn't want to get in the way but she's happy that she can do things like this.

"You didn't interrupt at all. In fact if you would like to come with us, I'll be more than happy to allow you." She figured they could have a girly talk later or something as soon as this was done.

But first things first she needed to get the guy some nice warm clothes. So once more she looked over, with a warm smile.

"Now will you all please follow me. I'll show you to the inn." And with those words she started her trek, knowing it would only take a couple minutes at best and when she did arrive she opened the door and stepped in, taking off her own shoes and carrying them further in to a box she had behind the counter.

"Now I will fetch you some spare clothes, it should not take me long."

Jerry follows, not minding the rain; it's not as though he can get much wetter. When they make it inside, he gives a soft sigh of relief at the warm air, then looks curiously as Yukiko takes off her shoes. Is... he supposed to do the same? But it's not like his socks are any dryer than his shoes.

He nods at her statement, still internally debating the topic.

Sakura decided to follow with a smile. She looked like a puppy following behind the pair her eyes wandering around the city. She likes Yukiko and she didn't get to see the other girl often. When she step inside she slips off her shoes and then waits for the other man to follow.

She was used to these sorts of places.

Yukiko managed to grab some slippers for everyone and placed them down before she bowed slightly "I'll show you to a room and then I'll fetch you some clothes. Sakura-chan, will you help me with that?" Yukiko asked looking at the other briefly before she went and grabbed a key and headed off to a near by room. It was close enough and she knew where clothes were from here.

"Here we go."

Well, that settles it. He reaches down and tugs his shoes off, then after some hesitation, peels off his soaked socks as well and tucks them into a jacket pocket. With that done, he places his damp, cold, bare feet into the slippers and sets to following the girls.

Sakura slipped into the slippers with a smile, wiggling her toes once to feel the softness of the fabric. She then nods with an excited smile following behind Yukiko. She's always happy to help.

"Yeah!"

The room she showed him too was big enough for at least two people, a low level table and cushions surrounded that as Yukiko knew how close getting close would be "I hope you like the room while Sakura-chan and I get you some fresh dry clothes. Will there be anything in particular you would like?"

He looks around the room, and when his eyes land on the girls again, he gently shakes his head.

"No, you're helping me quite a bit already. Thank you."

"Yes."

Sakura followed behind Yukiko not wanting to invade the mans space more than she already has. She was really happy that she could help out though and that fact alone keeps her smile in place.

"There are a lot of helpful people here so don't worry."

Yukiko bowed again before heading off to fetch some fresh clothes, making sure that they were the right size before looking to the other.

"These seem right, right?"

She asked before she started to head back toward the room. "Here we are?"
