[Levy goes above and beyond to make this party amazing. She has even hired someone to cater it which she is thankful for because her skills with cooking usually extend to reading directions and boiling water. She makes sure to have a mixture of drinks both alcoholic and not, very much the Fairy Tail idea of a party. Of course there are decorations all over the outside and inside of the house and a few sprigs of mistletoe that wait unsuspecting in doorways to ensnare guests. Of course kisses on the hand and cheek count just as much as kisses on the lips.

Knowing that the house might be to small Levy's set up a fire pit outside, allowing people to enjoy the warmth of the flame while surrounded by the cold air. The party is scheduled into the evening and eventually stars will dot the blanket of dark that covers the night sky. Levy has also planned fireworks which can't possibly go wrong!

Holiday music plays inside mostly from a CD that she bought and people are welcome to dance if they want to. Most of the songs are slower though there are a few quick ones in the mix. She set up a few games hoping that it was enough to keep everyone happy and entertained. She might be trying a little to hard for things to go well.

In the main room there is a large excellently decorated tree. Beneath it Levy has put her gifts to her friends. It's definitely worth checking out however everyone will discover they got books for Christmas. They all suit who they are address to but they are books with a card tapped to the brightly colored wrapping that expresses holiday greetings. A few of her close friends have special gifts though Levy has them stashed away for later.]

"Not for long? Oh, that's right the elections. No one really knows how that might go." Yukiko herself had already voted so she knew here her votes got to.

"I already voted myself, though. I assume you did?"

[gammavirginis]

"Yes." The answer was uncharacteristically abrupt. It kind of centered on why she was feeling so conflicted recently and she was only really open to sharing it with close friends.

Which was actually really hard because she loved talking with people.

"...who did you vote for, if you want to share?"

"I kind of voted depending in if I knew them. If I didn't then if I knew a friend of there's. In Everglade's case I went with Ted simply because Levy knew them." That was about the only one she voted for on that basis because she didn't really know the others.

"Nova City I went with Weiss because I've seen how much they have done and I'm sure they'll do well as Guardian and finally for Fayren...I believe I went with Loki."

Meanwhile Porrim voted against Ted because she knew him.

"I had my concerns about putting a god in charge of the city. I... don't actually remember who I voted for Nova city. Probably Weiss."

[firefandance]

"Concerns? What sort of concerns." She didn't vote because of who they were because in her mind saying one shouldn't because they were a god would equal the other shouldn't because they are powerful themselves, though she didn't actually have a single clue who the other was to know if they were actually powerful or not.

"Gods aren't always concerned with people. Or at least not in ways that take into account compassion and emotions. Maybe Loki is different. Perhaps I should have spent more time looking into the other cities. I would have abstained if it was an option."

[firefandance]

"I think people can choose not to vote...the device will just annoy you until you do." Not that she really let it she voted the first day she could.

"Though I wish we had more time to know them better."

[gammavirginis]

"I did want to vote in the Everglade election, though."

[firefandance]

"I guess you made Everglade your home, right? That's why you wanted to vote." She thought that made perfect sense at least, wanting to vote in the place you were settling in after all.

[gammavirginis]

"Yes. So what about you, have you found a place in any of the cities?"

[firefandance]

"Genessia is where I live and work, so I guess that counts." Considering she lives in her inn where people stay she didn't feel lonely either.

"If I had to live in another city... I don't think I would really know."

[gammavirginis]

"Are you very concerned about life where you come from? Anxious to get back?"

[firefandance]

"Not really. Even if I'm not there, I know it will all be okay. So I'll just accept the fact that I will go back eventually and that I don't mind when and even if I will."

She had pretty much accepted it, but was positive things would be okay in her world regardless.

[gammavirginis]

"That's a nice attitude to have."

[firefandance]

"It is, isn't it? But it helps with dealing with this place as well. Though I would understand why it might not be something everyone else does though." She said looking around at the others who had come, with a small smile.

"What is your attitude to everything here?"
