I just saw someone I know which doesn't make any sense because it hasn't been that long since I saw her.

Uhm. Hi, name's Jaune Arc. [There's no need to panic because he did that already. He tries to smile and look confident but the fact that he's soaked and the way his smile twitches like he's barely holding it together kind of detracts from his effort.]

And I guess I'm here. Like...everyone else who's here!

Does anyone here know Weiss Schnee? We go to the same school, which is why it's really weird to see a hologram of her and find out that she's running a company here. Is there anyone else from Remnant here too? Otherwise, I guess I'll look into employment. Yeah. There's no reason to freak out over it or anything. I'm definitely not doing that right now.

[He turns off the video and his expression becomes much more obviously unsure as soon as he does. He leaves the Bay, attempting to use the map to navigate to Schnee Company. He's glad to have his weapon and shield on him, regardless of what Hologram Weiss said. Eventually he starts aimlessly wandering through Genessia. It's not that he can't read a map he can ~~easily~~ read a map. But he's distracted by the fact that he's in a different world. Feel free to run into him.]

Some people who come here don't exactly have the best mindsets. So needless to say, that hologram gets the brunt of it sometimes.

[But he grins and wanders over to Jaune, leaning towards him and putting a hand on his shoulder. Personal space? Gale has no concept of it. Sorry, buddy.]

Because they're upset? Weiss doesn't deserve that.

[He frowns and shrugs him off, glancing down.]

Would it matter if I did? She's a great person and she deserves more than to have something she worked on destroyed. Even if people are upset when they get here.

[Gale raises an eyebrow and pats Jaune's shoulder.]

Relax, kid. That girl all but rules this place given her company resources in multiple cities, and the fact she's a newly elected Guardian. One hologram that needs replaced every now and then isn't gonna hurt her any.

[Sure, he doesn't personally know her beyond sassing her a few times, but given her rant at him when he first got here, he's got an idea of what she's got with her company.]

Besides, it's a hologram. So long as no one mysteriously wipes her harddrive, she'll have backups for ages.

[But it personally hurts him on her behalf. At least that's what he thinks.]

I just think it makes people feel better after waking up here. I don't know. I felt better because she was brought here too.

Don't worry too much about it, kid. Her average of aiding people outweighs those it doesn't by a landslide.

[Not that he was included in said average, but hey! Misunderstandings all around. He's gotta give Jaune props for looking out for her though. Gale then blinks before he looks at the mask in his hand, then shrugs.]

This thing? Naw. I can see clear as day through it.
