I just saw someone I know which doesn't make any sense because it hasn't been that long since I saw her.

Uhm. Hi, name's Jaune Arc. [There's no need to panic because he did that already. He tries to smile and look confident but the fact that he's soaked and the way his smile twitches like he's barely holding it together kind of detracts from his effort.]

And I guess I'm here. Like...everyone else who's here!

Does anyone here know Weiss Schnee? We go to the same school, which is why it's really weird to see a hologram of her and find out that she's running a company here. Is there anyone else from Remnant here too? Otherwise, I guess I'll look into employment. Yeah. There's no reason to freak out over it or anything. I'm definitely not doing that right now.

[He turns off the video and his expression becomes much more obviously unsure as soon as he does. He leaves the Bay, attempting to use the map to navigate to Schnee Company. He's glad to have his weapon and shield on him, regardless of what Hologram Weiss said. Eventually he starts aimlessly wandering through Genessia. It's not that he can't read a map he can easily read a map. But he's distracted by the fact that he's in a different world. Feel free to run into him.]

And run she did. Carrying an entire bag full of beef-stuffed dumplings, Koishi paused as an interesting mind came to her attention. Confusion? Awe? Did someone arrive at the bay and she hadn't been there to greet them?!?

Regardless, the little youkai's curiosity got the better of her and she drifted over to Jaune, her natural ability keeping her unnoticed. Even in plain sight. At least for now.

Indeed. This was a person she had never seen before.

Eyes brightening she began tapping Jaune on his armored shoulder. "Hey! Hey mister. Can you see me? Can you hear me? Hey!" He'd notice her eventually. Probably. Maybe. Hopefully.

Jaune was oblivious to the fact that he was being followed. By a youkai. Even if Koishi didn't have a natural ability to not be noticed, he was too preoccupied. It was actually pretty amazing he hadn't bumped into anyone yet.

He didn't notice at first, but it didn't take him that long to realize something was off. Kind of like when you didn't get your socks right. Eventually he realized it was because someone was tapping him on the shoulder and talking to him and how long had that been going on? He whirled around, and did a very good impression of falling on his ass.

"How-- Have you been standing there for very long? Sorry."

He stood up, brushing off his knees, wondering what just happened.

[His whole face lights up like a puppy. So she really was here and it wasn't him just imagining things!]

City Guardian? So you're like a superhero now?

[He saw Jaune's video message while he was wandering through the city with his german shepherd puppy, but happened across the kid himself before he had a chance to make some snarky comment over video. So while the puppy dashes over to greet Jaune with a playful bark, that guy in the purple butterfly mask and the wires sticking out of his neck is just gonna grin at him.]

Y'know, the confident act does nothing for you, kid.

[Puppy! Suddenly Jaune is focused on the adorable fluffy ball of energy and practically forgets he's in a different city-world.]

Hey, what's your name?

[At least you won't try to eat Jaune or throw him in a weird pod-coffin. He kneels down, reaching to scratch the puppy behind his ears. The man's words catch him off guard, snapping him out of it. He glances behind his shoulder at first to see if he was talking to someone else, but no one was paying attention besides him.]

I don't know what you mean.

[It has been some time since this young girl took the skies with her newly learned flying magic, and she did riding side-saddle on a modified broom. Anastasia had gotten used to flying by now, but she prefered to fly her broom close to the ground in case she lost control.

During her flight, she spotted a young geared up in light armor and a sword. She blushed, thinkng it was a knight. She loves the military, admires the knights. She dipped her broom down to fly in close so she can express her gratitude.]

"Um, excuse me? Sir? Sir knight?"

[The young girl didn't get too close, because older boys still make her nervous.]

"I am truly sorry to bother you, Sir knight. But I wanted to thank you for all your dedication and bravery."

[Jaune was surprised when he saw the flying girl, especially since she was using a broom to fly.]

"Knight...?"

[He was about to correct her, but then he realized, with his armor, he probably did kind of look like a knight and she seemed really sincere about it. He didn't want to let her down. So he bowed in a sweeping gesture, the same way he would when he used to play pretend with his sisters. At least this time he got to be a knight, instead of a damsel in distress.]

"Not at all, M'lady. I'm honored to have the gratitude of the Princess from...the Sky Kingdom." [Since she was flying.]
