Annie's eyes fluttered as she struggled to wake.

Annie! Save me!

He heard us! We can't let him live!

Take Marco's 3-D gear off of him!

Why are you all yelling at me? Why must I clean your mess? Do your own damn dirty work, you bastards. Don't drag me into it. And you, I didn't place you in the wrong place at the wrong time. And you, I didn't make you run your big mouth so that he could hear everything.

You risked your own life to save Connie's, didn't you?

Why would you put yourself in that kind of danger?!

Suddenly her eyes snapped open and she gasped. She was in something. Not her crystal, but some kind of container. She was trapped. She was captured. They were going to dissect her, cut her up - no!! She'd accept dying in battle, she'd accept even being torn apart by Eren or someone stronger, but this was not how she was going to be taken out. She retched and dry heaved, her nightmare still fresh and the fear of capture even fresher. She struggled to get her sore body to work and ended up tumbling out the pod, barely making it to the water as she emptied her insides. She had to get out of here.

[There will be a flash of lightening near where the bay area is. Having completely panicked at waking up underground Annie will have transformed the minute she emerged from that cave ready to flee. But it'll only be for a brief minute or so as she realizes she hasn't been captured by the Survey Corps and is not about to be given to that crazy scientist. But maybe one or many of you saw that weird flash and want to investigate. But she'll be human again should you run into her. (ooc:drop me a line if you have any particular plots in mine.)]

[Someone would tell her to replace Annie's front teeth with her back ones about right now... Not that she's going to go for anything like that here.

Well, they have something else to agree on when she calls her forgiveness worthless.]

[And that's all she's going to say about hating her to the person, who destroyed them. She had a choice back then and she just says it was necessary to kill them? ...Yeah, Petra is starting to feel like she should get out of here. The sooner the better.

And then she's taking steps back instead of turning her back at Annie at first. Don't kill her once she turns around after many, many steps to get the hell away from her, she has things to do and she just wants to get away from her as fast as she can right now.]

If I wanted to kill you I could have already.[Again with the bluntness. Watching Petra act like a cagey animal is understandable, but kind of ridiculous looking as well.]

I don't see the point just at this moment. However, it was a poorly executed move on your part as a soldier. I cannot help but wonder what you thinking, knowing as you do what Titan steam means and still coming out here alone. [She looks thoughtful as though she has just deduced something.] Eren must be here. You probably thought I was him, correct?

[Well then her life might not be as secure as she thought it was if that's the case. But at least she'll see it coming.]

Gee, I wonder if I knew that already. [ She'd rather not show any reactions around Annie but well, that's not working very well. Killing anyone here is pointless anyway as people just come back -- unless, of course, it's done to see any reactions to it. She's listening to that and getting angry mostly at herself. Because as much as Petra hates admitting it to herself when it comes from Annie... She is right. And then she mentions Eren and there goes this girl's fierce temper again.]

...I just hoped the steam would be Eren and not you. And if he was here, you'd stay the fucking hell away from him!

[Eren is here but Petra is not going to tell that to Annie. She'll either find out from someone else, possibly from Eren himself if he runs here or into her anywhere. That boy sure makes it very difficult for that last part of her words to happen.]

The fact that you don't want to give me a straight answer already tells me most of what I want to know.[Such as: he's here and Petra is trying to protect him. Or he's not, but the girl doesn't want her to know that either in case she should try something.]

However, I don't need blind spots. And with you being foolish enough to show up here on your own all I have to do is capture you and wait to see who answers me when I announce that I have you. It would be less time consuming for both of us if you were forthcoming.

[Oh surely the girl didn't think it would be that easy. She thought the scouting legion had some intelligence about them. Then again, it's probably packed with people like Eren who put their emotions first before thinking things through.]

What choice does she have? Annie has her gear and powers against... Nothing because Petra was just having a normal day here. She's shaking again.

Nope, she really does NOT want to go anywhere with that insane Titan shifter. And if Annie is expecting her to say anything to that, well she can keep waiting!

Petra turns around and runs as fast as she can while she's reaching her phone from a pocket. You know what's a horrible thing to realize at this point? She didn't call Levi earlier while she was too shocked to do anything and then she thought she'd get to just walk away from this before Annie mentioned Eren. Welp. So she's trying to do that now, why not?! ]

[Sadly for Petra, she is up against someone who was forced to run all day without stopping sometimes as a child. Annie is not slow on her feet. She catches up in a few strides and tackles the girl to ground. From there the girl is going to find herself with Annie using her whole body weight to keep her down securely while slipping an arm around her neck to get her into a choke hold.

If Petra doesn't know how to get out of it then she is going to be going to sleep shortly.]

[Hey, it's almost like back home when she runs after her. Except this time Petra is not fucking up how to use her 3dmg because she doesn't even have it with her right now and Annie's not in her Titan form. She's not really expecting to get far...

And then Annie is already tackling her to the ground and the phone flies to the ground too before Petra can even make that call. Then again, she wouldn't want Levi to hear her having troubles breathing because of that hold -- and yes, she tries to get away from it with no luck and then she tries to reach that damn device until she becomes unconscious.
