ACTION; at the dream docks
[ The first thing Weiss had done when she woke up, after just sitting for a moment, had been to check her phone. Mayu's text was the first thing that she saw about Torchwick, so that was an issue she had to address as soon as she could. A look back at what she'd missed made it clear that he was going after Ruby and Weiss wouldn't let that happen. She needed to go home and see everyone. Now. She needed to make sure that when she walked in, she'd still be able to see the faces of those they'd lost.

Then.. then she'd figure it out. Weiss didn't have the luxury of sitting home crying, not here. She had work to do. She had to find some way to fix this. Aaand she also needed to make sure that the City Guardian's office hadn't gone to shambles because she left it in the hands of her Deputies who had just met that day. She couldn't mourn. She'd have enough time to do that alone, at home, back in Atlas.

Here she just had to find the people she cared about and protect them. If that meant coming down on crime a hundred times harder than normal, then so be it. Weiss too a deep breath, not checking if Sun and Jaune were awake yet, and turned her device to post. ]

As of this moment, Roman Torchwick is considered a wanted fugitive. I'll offer level 5 payment as a bounty, direct from the City Guardian office. I would encourage other City Guardians to list him as a high-profile criminal as well. Torchwick's list of crimes includes murder, theft, kidnapping, torture, evading the law and that's just from his previous experience in Genessia. Back home he's done much, much worse.

If you do not have experience fighting, do not approach him. Keep in mind that to keep him alive, you'll need to break his aura but not go beyond that except to disable him. I don't care what state you bring him in provided that he's alive and secure. No one's getting paid for killing him because killing him still means he's free. Anyone found aiding, abetting, harboring, or hiding information about Roman Torchwick is considered a criminal and will be dealt with appropriately.

[ Once Weiss had left the Dream Docks, she went home to change clothes and check everyone's rooms. Chances were, those who didn't know what was going on would've just been going about their lives normally, maybe at work or off doing whatever errands, but she still just wanted to see if anyone was home. She wanted to see anyone. She wasn't even bothering with privacy, instead just peeking her heads into doors as she knocked. ]

[ She's not saying anything until Pyrrha promises. ]

I... I can't promise something that I don't know the circumstances for.

[She wants to, but considering the fall maiden stuff and having to keep that secret.... She doesn't know if she can.]

[She's already scared as it is and now this is really making her angry and more insecure.]

Weiss... Did something happen to me? That has to be why because Ruby can't even talk or look at me and now this....

Because you're dead, Pyrrha. I think- I think Ruby saw it. I don't know. She got up there, then there was a white flash. The dragon froze in place, and Ruby's uncle gathered her up. She was in a coma, the only thing left of you...

[ Weiss trails off, her throat threatening to close as she held back a sob again. ]

Just... Just don't go to the Dream Docks, Pyrrha. And promise me you won't fight alone again.

[Anything after the first sentence completely went unnoticed at first. That fear that she had this entire time. She was so afraid for Amber... So afraid to lose who she was in the process of getting her powers.... But this? This was completely different all together.]

I..... I.... died....?

[The shaking was back. Those fears were nothing compared to this. The devastating news was much worse than she could have imagined. So.... she wasn't strong enough.... She couldn't... save everyone like she had wanted...

Those tears that she had been fighting back all of this time returned. She could understand why Ruby acted the way she did... Why Weiss started to cry upon seeing her... She wasn't suppose to be alive...]

[She sort of forgot how to stand there, collapsing to the floor.]

The others.... Are they.... Are they okay? Has anyone else.... been hurt?

[ Weiss isn't typically the most affectionate person.. but she also doesn't typically get a chance to see a friend she's lost before. She especially doesn't get the chance to be there for them. Weiss moves over to pyrrha and kneels down next to her, wrapping her arms around her. ]

Penny's dead. Yang lost her arm. Blake was stabbed. Ruby's in a coma. Jaune.. I think he was okay, physically. Ren and Nora were exhausted and sore, but not severely injured. Emotionally.. I don't think anyone's okay, but I don't know. There are a lot of people who were still missing, but I don't know. My father made me return to Atlas.

[She wasn't expecting it, but she wouldn't reject it either. She almost didn't return the hug, mostly because of the shock, but her brain finally registered that she should.

She knew things would be bad, but this bad...? So was all the stuff that she and the others tried to do all for naught? Was it all pointless? Would it had even mattered if she told them that she didn't want to become the next Fall Maiden? Or would all of this still happen even if she didn't? Knowing that Ozpin was here meant that she definitely needed to ask him about some of these.]

P-Penny...? [She was going to have to fight her next, but... would it have been because of her or... someone else?] I'm so sorry.

[She had so much on her mind right now that the only thing she could say was sorry. That was a terrible habit that she had to break eventually. She couldn't bring herself to ask if they were okay now because none of that was okay.]

[ Weiss let go of Pyrrha once the girl seemed to calm down a little, but still stayed close, sitting down next to Pyrrha close enough that their arms touched. Maybe it was a comforting gesture, maybe it was because Weiss liked being able to feel that yes, Pyrrha was physically here. ]

Will you promise? That at least here, you won't fight alone.

.... Okay. I'll.... let you guys know if something happens before I do anything like it....

We're you're friends, Pyrrha. I know you want to protect us, but we can fight with you. That's why they put us in teams in the first place, to make sure we have someone to watch our back. All I want is to make sure we don't lose you here too.

Uhm... Actually.... The reason why I did some of the things that I did... Professor Ozpin, Professor Goodwitch, General Ironwood, and Qrow asked me for..... a big favor I guess you could say. But they also asked me not to say anything about it to anyone just yet.

I feel like.... I should at least tell you guys, more than ever now. [There was another pause and a look of regret.] I'm sorry... I didn't say anything about it or what happened to Yang during the tournament... I... I didn't know how. But I think that you guys deserve to hear... the other side that you seem to be missing....

[ Weiss has a lot of feelings(TM) on telling her things. ]

Look, I may not be your teammate, but here? We live in the same house. We're friends. And we're in this together. Whatever it is a bunch of adults decided to pick a student for, we all deserve to know.
