What is there to do around here?
Action : Everglade @ Night
[The dirt curls beneath his paws as the rich smells of the earth fill his nose. This is what it means to be alive. Four paws thunder against the earth as the large wolf goes running through the thick mass of trees. The moon hangs like a silver sliver in the night sky, the scene of colored darkness falling like a vail overhead as if painted perfectly into place. Toby knew he was safe from other wolves without the full moon casting its light over the city that sat in peaceful darkness. There were other things that lurked in the night, but nothing that Toby feared. He’s stared down terror in the past and knew its name. This world was simply a fake replica of his nightmares.
His path brought him to the edge of the forest. He knew of the barrier that kept them here and had no interest in testing its validity.
Toby takes the chance to walk through town, seeing it with the keen eyes of a wolf. There were smells he hadn’t picked up before and he knew that it wouldn’t be so strange for a 230 lb wolf to go trotting through town while the curfew was in effect; most likely no would see him.]
Action: Every City @ Any Bar
[It doesn’t matter what time of day it is or what city that he finds himself in; Toby gravitates towards bars like a moth to fire. It is a shame that he can’t get drunk but that doesn’t stop him from trying. He usually finds a seat where he can keep an eye on the door and then orders a beer. He doesn’t say much, but instead listens in on the conversations happening around him.
The part of Toby that stands out is his height. Even while sitting, he casts a powerful shadow. His expression is tranquil while his gaze reflects a comfortable well-worn sadness.]

Action; The Dancing Donner - Fayren
He nods to the bartender with a friendly smile as he approaches and the bartender begins to fill a mug without asking what Richard wanted. Clearly whatever it is, is the usual.
While he wait, Richard looks over to the larger man. There's something about him that suggests something's happened. Maybe not recently, but it's similar to Chase...anytime he was away from his family. Richard flashes this newcomer a friendly smile.]
You don't look like you're from around here. [And he offers a hand.] I'm Richard Cypher. Welcome to Fayren.
Action; The Dancing Donner - Fayren
When Richard introduces himself he looks towards the woods man. Steely gray eyes glance at Richard, their reflection closed but curious at the overly friendly person who's moved next to him. He can smell the forest on him, among other things, suggesting that he worked in the woods near town.
Toby places down his beer and shakes Richards hand before returning his grip to his drink.]
Toby. [He doesn't like using his last name for introductions.] Are you from around here?
Action; The Dancing Donner - Fayren
I live here, but I came from another world, through the Bay. [He looks back to Toby.] The same as you, I assume.
Action; The Dancing Donner - Fayren
His gaze focuses back on Richard, realizing that the man doesn't seem to be interested in going anywhere anytime soon.]
What drew you to Fayren?
[His voice is deep with only the smallest hint of curiosity lining his tone.]
Action; The Dancing Donner - Fayren
Fayren is the most like my own world. [He shakes his head.] I don't like the noises, or the smells in any of the other cities. I prefer the woods.

Action; Everglade
She's skipping along and whistling a happy tune.
She sniffs as Toby nears. ]
Heya, sis! Fancying a walk?
Action; Everglade
He's no interest in fighting but he does want to know when a seemingly harmless girl is out after curfew. Of course, as a wolf, Toby has no voice to speak his questions but instead implies it with a quick flick of his head. Only those who can read other animals subtle language would understand his question.]

Recently dead ones, or imminently dead ones! Any human out at night in this town is probably one or the other!
There's nothing quite like a conversation with the near-death, hee!
[ She visibly shivers with delight. ]
no subject
His curiosity peaked he steps up to the wheelbarrow and nips at the straw cloth, sharp fangs scraping against the material. He's curious to see who would be stupid enough to be out after the curfew; besides himself.]

Are you more of a pottery class kind of person, video arcade, fight club, clubbing?
text;
Out of the things listed I'd say fight club.
text;
But okay, fight club. Do you like being in fights or watching them better?

He had stopped in his tracks as he had approached a rickety old bridge extending over the water, glancing over his shoulder. His eyes had almost immediately fallen upon that wolf, his eyebrows lifting in curiosity. That was certainly no ordinary hound. By his side was a large, hyena-like creature, whose face began to peel back to reveal its skull when it laid eyes on the wolf. Cipher would order the creature down, his eyes peering in the wolf's direction.]
Well, are we having a hunt, or is it a stroll you're having on a night like this?
action; Everglade
He huffs a breath of air, his teeth clicking down while a soft rumble echoes from his chest. He doesn't know if this creature can understand him or not but it's his only means of communicating as a wolf. He won't let his guard down but he answers in his own way.
If he had been hunting he'd have already attacked.]
action; Everglade
And here I had assumed werewolves only wandered under the full moon's light.
action; Everglade
His head tilts slightly regarding them both with a passing interest. His shoulders remain tease and a lower growl vibrates from his chest. One that asks what their intent out tonight was.]

You look out of place here.
[Like a rose among mice.
He doesn't sit and he tries his best not to hover though his height makes that difficult.]
action; Bar in Genessia
I assume because I am reading a book. I do sometimes like to have a drink or two, so long as it's not too many.
action; Bar in Genessia
No, it's not because you're reading a book.

Action | Everglade tavern
[So engrossed that when he reaches to his left, his fingers find Toby's drink instead. He doesn't realize his mistake until he's already taken a sip.]
Ah, crap.
[Without a second thought, he pushes his real drink towards the other man. Nice and cold and untouched.]
Sorry, pal. Here; don't really want it anyways.
Action | Everglade tavern
He really doesn't care.]
Why did you order it?
[He asks taking the offered drink. He doesn't really care what he's drinking but he isn't the sort of person to say no to a beer. He takes a long swing feeling the cool liquid slip down his throat. His gray eyes glance towards the paper reading a few lines before bringing his gaze back to Marc.]
Action | Everglade tavern
Be pretty rude t'sit down an' not buy a thing, wouldn't it?
[He makes another X on that sheet.]
'Sides: I'm in this pond t'fish, not t'drink.
Action | Everglade tavern
What are you fishing for?
[He takes another long swig of beer almost finishing his glass. He's a big guy and takes big sips.]
