[ Unlike last time, when Trucy appears on the screen, she's not at all confused and dazed. She's got a bright smile on her face, actually, which reflects just what kind of a mood she's in. She's proud of herself, really; she's gotten herself enrolled in school and everything! ]

Good evening, everyone! So, I've been thinking about some stuff over the last few days. How does the law work around here? Are there attorneys? Police officers? Trials? I ask because while I'm a magician, I also moonlight as an investigative assistant to some very talented attorneys back at home!

[ Truth be told, she misses going out on investigations and the such. Not that she wants anyone to get hurt or be murdered, of course, but... well, she's bored. School only takes so much boredom away, after all, and she'd like to be updated on the justice system anyways. ]

I'd also like to offer my services as both a magician, assistant, AND a talent agent. I'm young, but I know my way around the stage, and around investigations! So, if you're interested, you should let me know, okay?

I got a job at the arcade and I have my own apartment. That's pretty cool. I haven't done much else.

[ He's still settling with his superhero stuff. ]

Hey, that's a start though! I'm still using one of the hotels, honestly... but, hopefully I'll be able to start my magic shows up soon and make a little money. I also enrolled in one of the schools.

[ Ugh, school... but... she's gotta finish so she can become a true entrepreneur! ]

Other than that... I'm in the same boat as you.

[ He had forgotten about it briefly. Mostly because he hasn't had to fight to go to school this time around. ]

Looks like we all are. But that just means it's easier to lend each other a hand.

School... I really don't like it, but... I guess we have to be responsible, huh?

[ She giggles. At home, she has Apollo to trick into doing her homework for her. Here she's on her own, so this is going to prove to be a challenge, and she knows it. ]

Agreed! That's the only way to do things. I'll have to come see you in the arcade sometime, or maybe we can go hang outsomewhere.

[ Read: we are now friends, good sir. ]

I guess we should at least give it a try.

[ Not that Adrien minds. It's the only way he knows how to make friends. ]

I'll see if I can manage a discount for you.

You don't need to do that for me, silly. I don't want you to get into trouble! I've still got plenty of the money that we got when we arrived, so don't worry about me.

[ She smiles at the thoughtful gesture, though, but it's true -- the last thing she wants is for Adrien to get into trouble, especially at a new job.

She's noticing that he's definitely a lot quieter than she is, and she can only hope tht she isn't going to be too... overwhelming for the poor guy. ]

There's still a lot to learn in this place, and explore too. I've only covered a small portion of nearby areas, what about you?

Well, I tried the library. There's a nice book shop around and there's a place you can try if you want to find a job.

[ Adrien briefly tries to remember what else he's done. He's spent most of his time as Cat Noir. ]

Hm, I might have to hit that up...

[ Maybe there would be a place willing to let her perform... she's bound and determined to bring not only per magic shows back from the dead, but her office too. ]

Actually, I'm already getting ideas, and I think I can even get some of them to work out! You're a total inspiration, Adrien~!

[ News to him. ]

Well, I'm happy to help any time.

You sure are... more than you realize.

[ Bro, plz. You need more confidence! Trucy's such an upbeat person, she finds the good in most everything quickly, and when someone throws out a suggestion, she definitely will find even the smallest shred of inspiration to go out and do her thing.

...Sometimes, though, that gets her into a lot of trouble. But, we won't get into that. ]

Speaking of which, the same applies to you. If you ever need anything, or anyone to talk to, you can definitely count on me!

[ There's one thing she IS happy for, being stuck here... she's meeting a lot of new friends, and that, in her opinion, is awesome. ]

[ Oops.. honestly, she should try to tone it down, and it's a struggle, but she will legit try. ]

[ He honestly doesn't mind. ] I'm just a little new at making a lot of friends so easily.

Really? You're so nice, that's really hard to believe! Well, I'll bet you'll make a lot of friends here! Who knows, maybe some of your friends from home will show up, too!

[ Aaaand there she goes again. Smiling, she folds her arms over her chest and sighs. ]

I'll introduce you to my friends from home, too, if any ever come. I think you'd like Apollo.

Who's that?

[ He's curious to know what her friends are like. ]

Apollo Justice, he's a defense attorney who works for my dad. We met a year and a half ago, when I'm not busy I help him out with his cases if he needs it. He's really smart, and pretty talented in the courtroom, too!

[ Her eyes shift for a moment, before she flashes a mischievous grin. ]

But, if he ever shows up, don't tell him I told you that, okay? He's fun to tease, and if he heard me saying stuff like that about him, it'd go right to his head!

[ She almost blurts out big forehead but doesn't... poor Apollo. ]

But he really is neat to hang out with. He's just a good guy, all around. I miss him already.

Sounds a bit like Nino. He's my best friend. He likes to make movies and play video games.

[ He hadn't thought about Nino since he got here. He wonders how Nino is doing. ]

Wow, he sounds cool! I don't know how Polly's movie skills are, but he's not too bad at video games. He tries to act cool, but we all know he's a big dork.

[ Actually, without Apollo here, she hasn't had anyone to playfully pick on. Or trick into doing her homework. Or make clean the toilet...

...boy she misses that man. Honestly, his expressions alone are priceless. ]

Yeah, you'd definitely get along with him, and he'd like you for sure!

He's a lawyer, right? How old is he?

[ Aren't all lawyers meant to be old as balls. ]

Apollo's about 25, but sometimes he can act like he's an old man... heh's lightened up a bit, though, because I've made him.

[ The poor man has been trolled relentlessly since he started working for her dad...... ]

Well, it sounds like you two make a good team.

We've definitely come a long way, I can at least attest to that much.

[ Her grin softens into more of a fond smile -- she really does miss Apollo. But, she misses Athena and her dad just as much. They've become a little family of sorts. ]

Maybe he'll show up sometime?

[ He kind of wishes Ladybug would. ]

Maybe! Who knows, right? Maybe if we're all lucky, our loved ones will arrive. Or... actually, if we're lucky enough, we'll all be able to go home.

[ Because that sounds better than wishing they'd all just show up here, right? ]
