As Battler Ushiromiya's currently pissed off girlfriend, I'd like to give all girls in this place permission to punch him in the face if he tries to hit on you provided you just let me know what he did. This includes but is not limited to him talking about or making a break for your breasts, thighs, or even just looking at you funny.

By looking at you funny, I mean he does this face.

[ And cue Yuri doing the absolute most horrible imitation of this face as is humanly possible. Really, it's not even close since she doesn't ever make faces like that. It mostly just looks funny. ]

So basically, feel free to smack him whenever you want since I think his concussion is probably gone. It will make everyone feel better, including me who has to put up with him posting his perversions all over the network to every person who looks somewhat feminine.

I'm not a zombie, gross. I got reincarnated, then got my memories returned. Which is its own set of disturbing, but nothing's rotting and I don't feel the need to eat brains.

Are you super sure? Because that's pretty important.

I'm super sure. At least 500% sure. I'd honestly rather be a zombie than what happened.

You'd rather be a rotting, stinking corpe wandering around chomping on people and killing them and making them rotting stinking corpses than not being a rotting, stinking corpse?

If you're reincarnated, all of your memories of your previous life are completely wiped. Everything you ever had or lost or anything, and you get a clean slate and there's a whole new life and a new person that gets built up.

Then one day because of something that someone did, that entire person's memories are wiped out of existence in exchange for the old memories- by which I mean, me. That other girl practically got wiped from existence because I got brought back.

Maybe not a zombie, but at least if I were I wouldn't feel like a murderer since zombies are all brainless groaning things.

But you'd only have killed one person instead of a pile of them. Like, literally a pile. They pile up and crap.

I'm thinking you're not so much upset for the girl in that case as much as feeling sorry for yourself, if you'd prefer that.

So wait, it was actually you in the body but you got your old memories. So no one even really died.

Every single thing in a person's life is what makes someone that person. There's no way to change what happened to that person, or beautify it, or fix the past-- but that person is always changed by it. A person is not the same person just because it's a reincarnated core. Everything about who that person was before my memories were brought back and wiped them out is gone. That girl, whoever she was, doesn't exist anymore.

Think of it this way: Imagine your best friend or a sibling or whoever you think of as closest to you. One day they didn't remember you. Their personality was different, their memories were different, and it wasn't because they were sick. They're just gone. What's there is just a different person with the same face, and the person you knew was gone. Same core, sure, but not the same person.

I'm not feeling sorry for myself. If there was a way for me to be alive that didn't involve tearing someone's family away from them, I would be happy for it. I can't be happy that a girl had her entire future and past taken away because Battler decided that he didn't even want to try to move on.

[His eyes glazed over and he sort of shakes his head to wake himself up.]

Blah blah blah, whatever. One person dead, only not really, versus a bunch, really. Sounds like you and your boyfriend have way too many issues. I'm out.

Obviously I have issues, you're the one who was asking about them.
