Hello. I am Baymax, your personal healthcare companion. My scan upon arrival has informed me that there are various individuals who may need medical attention.

I have an extensive health matrix and am currently downloading new information to my database in order to be of further assistance in regards to: trauma, anxiety, and homesickness. I am also furthering my database on: grief. If you would like assistance, I am here.

When dealing with anticipatory grief it is important for one to acknowledge that there is nothing bad about what you are feeling and recognize what your grief is directed towards. Anticipating grief will not speed up the loss and can help you cope better later on.

You may: connect with others or a professional in order to gain support and comfort. A support system is important when dealing with a potential upcoming loss.

You should plan the remaining time in order to enjoy it to its fullest. You should remember to take care of yourself throughout the process.
