[She had arrived earlier and stumbled (and fumbled) her way to the common housing to find her room and privately freak out. First the war, now this strange new place and its technology. To be honest though, she's really spent most of her time trying her best to figure it all out so she wouldn't make quite such a fool of herself.

It's a little early into the evening, not quite night but still the sunset isn't entirely over with, when Hinata fumbles the video on just outside of the Genessia Commonspace. She does her best to smile.]

Hello, everyone. Um, I... I suppose it's the proper thing to do, introducing yourself when you first arrive here? So... So my name is Hinata, and I arrived earlier. I won't ask if...if there's a way to go home, since I figure we all would not be here if that was the case.

[Her smile fades, and she bites her lip.] Um, instead, since we are stuck here, how did... or does... everyone else become accustomed to this place? And, is there anything that wasn’t covered in the 'welcome' materials?

[And, of course, she's out and about on the streets, map in hand. She's walking, in order to get a better idea of the city and what stores are where. And definitely looking for a place to eat real food. Also hoping some of the shops (when open) sell some clothes that aren't military fatigues and flak jackets.]

On the books, it's an odd-jobs agency. However, I only really get into hat stuff when I'm desperate for cash. I'm a Devil Hunter by trade though, that's where I spend most of my time.

[Don't mind that smug look of his. Making a pretty girl laugh? Mission accomplished.]

[She's so used to her own teammates either being near constantly smug, always teasing her, and/or always trying to make her laugh that she doesn't even think twice about any of it.]

Not here, no. I'm working as Deputy Guardian in Attleton for now.

Oh, I see. [Also a little relieved that it's not such a huge thing. One less worry from her mind.]

Though Deputy Guardian seems like it might take up almost all your time.

You'd be surprised. The Guardian does most of the paperwork, so I'm given quite a bit of freedom in what I do. On the days I actually go to the office, I spend it with my feet on my desk reading reports. The rest of the time, I'm actually out and about, making sure everyone is behaving.

It sounds very organized... Which is good. It's a testament to how well you all run everything in your city.

It's organized alright, despite my involvement. Never been one to keep things orderly. Guess that's why I'm only the deputy.

I guess... It can be really hard to keep things organized. Running a clan and keeping everything organized along with missions is difficult enough... I don't think any one person can do everything for a city.

Yup. That's why I'm a better deputy than an actual guardian. I can barely keep track of myself. That said, you sound like you've got experience. If you need a gig, I can put a word in with my boss for ya.

[She blushes, not expecting a job offer.]

Um, well... Um, maybe? I think... Maybe I'll see what I can find, and if... If you and your boss might still need a hand then, I'll.. Um, then yes. I'll take you up on that offer.

[He grins, giving her a wink.]

[She blushes.]

[She's far too cute when he teases her. He's not gonna get tired of this.]
