[The face on the screen isn't one that would be considered friendly. It's the face of a man in his late twenties with bags under his eyes that are so heavy it looks as if he hasn't slept in at least a month. He frowns, taking a moment to think as he sighs heavily.]

I'll make this brief. My name is Trafalgar Law and I, like many others, am new to this city. I've read the pamphlets, I've seen the video, and I've done some preliminary information gathering so I don't need any hellos or welcomes.

I'm looking for my crew. If you know of anyone who claims affiliation with the Heart Pirates, I'd appreciate it if you could point me in their direction.

There's some bounties, but the amount of eager bounty hunters here is astonishing.

A good one-fifth the influx of outsiders, at least. I suppose however people get sucked in here, they tend to be of a dramatic historical nature. And law enforcers rarely find it in themselves to sit still for much longer than criminals.

The Straw Hat's doctor is here, working at a clinic. And a close friend is volunteering her healing services on a traveling emergency status.
