[One red bill will let you take a picture with an authentic eyepatch, hat, and pirate parrot phoenix. Who may even let you pet him or put him on your shoulder. Unless you're a marine, and then he'll just claw your face off.]

[ She can't help laughing at the nuzzle, taking a moment to put on the eye patch and refraining from swatting at him. It's harder to do that when he's a bird and somehow it's just easier to tolerate.

Even if he's acting silly again, which just makes her laugh more. ]
