But at the same time, the silver haired maiden found herself not caring one whit because she was more than happy just taking in all the sights. The markets in Daein weren't as nearly as busy as a place like this, and better lit at night to boot... as a matter of fact, being able to freely and safely wander around at night seemed to be almost magical to the fortune teller.
Her steps are slow and almost casual, and though she remained alert on sight, Micaiah couldn't quite focus on one ride or vendor store. She's overwhelmed by the overall package, so maybe someone would get her to try and actually enjoy something specific?

"Hello, are you trying to decide what you want to do?"

Micaiah almost jumped with a start, but she managed to simply turn to Yukiko in surprise. "Ah, I was so distracted you almost scared me! But I suppose that's my fault more than anything. But it's just like you say," she turned to look around. "I've seen fairs before, but not to this level. I'm still trying to decide what to do."

While she had said that, something had already caught the silver-haired maiden's attention... a goldfish scooping booth. "I think we could start there."
no subject
"Ah, those are always fun, I must admit."

Micaiah had largely chosen it on a whim, but the idea that she could focus on something rather than being distracted by sights was welcome, and just having someone else talk it over definitely helped.
Micaiah paid the stand owner, and she found herself holding a rather thin, flimsy net. Well, she didn't realize how thin it was until she tried her first scoop.
The silver-haired maiden looked aghast as she found that her net had a hole in it already. "What? How can I catch anything with this?" Forgive her... she never actually played anything like this.
no subject
"When you attempt it. Put the whole net into the water. if you only do it partially it is more likely to break than if you put the whole thing in."
no subject
"Ah..." Micaiah was willing to give it a try, but perhaps she was a bit more surprised to see that her small net had been replaced. Now she understood that catching the fish required finesse with a weak net!
She again dived, this time taking Yukiko's advice. While the net didn't break, the fish now had better reaction time and dodged her attempts. "Ahh! This still isn't easy..."

And again.
And sweet victory finally came as she scooped up a goldfish successfully! "Yes! I got it now!"
no subject
"Congratulations. You had enough determination to be able to get one."
