[His eyes wandered around the variety of arrangements. Beautiful pastels, other, bold, striking ones... Though he tended to be fairly uncertain about things, he actually wasn't too bad with colors and what he thought looked good. Eventually, a white and red one had his attention the most, pulling it in with how much contrast there was between the colors.]

I... I'm not sure what to do with them...?

[That was the main problem. He liked how they looked, but what would he do with them when he bought them?]

[Terra suggests with a warm smile.]

Or you can keep them to remember this night.

[Those are the two easiest things that Terra comes up with.]

[To remember... No, they probably wouldn't be enough to help him remember the night if he forgot it. But he could give them to someone.

He had no idea who, but maybe he'd run into a friend. He reached out and moved the one in front of him closer.]

Do... Do you think someone would like th-this one?

[Terra continues to smile.]

I do.

I... I'll take this one, then.

[That was about as much convincing as he needed. He wasn't a hard sale by any means.]

[Terra nods her head.]

That's 12 red bills.

[He paused and pulled his money out. It was still different than what he was used to.

Rather slowly, he laid them out and counted them one by one, taking his time. But, he did eventually get to 12 correctly. He hoped they were the right bills.]

[Terra trusts him and doesn't count them. She takes them from the table and places them in the lock box she'd brought with her.]

[It was fortunate that he had spent so much time counting, then, or he probably would have given her the wrong amount.]

[And now he saw it as a promise. Chances were, so long as he remembered, he'd head back sometime later to let her know.]
