[Why Abel rides alone on the Tunnel of Love? Even if he doesn't know why. It looks like fun, and he was bored. Actually, he was in the mood to try every ride, as he too has a ride them all bracelet.

So the cart that Konoka stepped in, there was a napping priest in solitude. He fell asleep at one point during the ride. What can Abel say? It was relaxing.

Until he felt someone, a presence sit next to him.]

I...erm...oh! I'm sorry, pardon me! I'll move on out if you don't want me here. [Said the priest, trying to be polite.]

[ Konoka had been so enamored that she didn't realize the cheery man had been sleeping there until he actually woke up and spoke. His first word made her jump in surprise, before promptly feeling silly for not noticing him earlier. How had she not noticed him? ]

Ah! Oh please don't worry about that! You're fine!

[ Konoka was nothing if not affable, and she didn't want to think any of this was his fault. ]

I insist, I'll step out! Don't want to be a bother.

[Except the boat's motor started to move the propeller, and before Abel could even stand up, the boat moves.]

On a second thought, perhaps I'll stay on board for another ride if you don't mind.

[ Konoka's laugh is good natured, amused by the ride robbing him of choice. But always pleasant, she beckoned him to sit down. ]

I didn't know this ride was comfy enough to sleep on! How'd you do it?

[ Maybe that was a careless question to ask, so she shook her head and decided on something more polite. ]

Ah, nevermind. How's the fair been for you?

Oh, well...it was plenty of dark inside the tunnels and then I began to daydream and doze off. That's what happened.

[Though in all honesty, he is actually really tired and sleepy due to that uncomfortable bed in that tiny room. A temporary living situation. And well, the reason he wanted to ride by himself in his lonesome in the first place was because admittedly he was a tad lonely, and with all of those couples snogging in the dark...well, the priest is a bit of a voyeur pervert. Since it dark, nobody has to know whether he's right behind them in the boat line.]

So far, I think my stay in this city is all right.

Oh! Well I guess the seats are comfy...

[ She poked at the seats for a little bit, before going back to his other question. ]

That's good. Genessia as a whole is a good place.

[ He's not alone in being a voyeur; Konoka was also kinda spying on people's love lives, though it took less effort for her to hide her intentions. ]

[Well, the couple in the boat before them are snogging and talking in a romance of their own. Abel tried hard not to watch. He got his honor as a priest, though that honor is kinda not...pure at times.

Fixing his glasses in place.]

I'm Abel Nightroad. Father Abel Nightroad. Well, this ride is relaxing.

Konoka Konoe. Pleased to meet you!

[ She nods her head in a respectful bow. Of course, the very moment she notices just how into each other the couple in front of them is and actually covers her lips in embarrassed excitement. ]

Wow, they're really going at it!

[ She feels like her fourteen year old self again. ]

: Pleased to meet you Ms. Konoka~.

[The tunnel is dark, with only dim colored lights to light up the corny valentine's day decorations. Abel smiled a bit. Oh this girl is a bit pervy, he could tell. But her secret is safe with him. Still, he hushes her, placing a finger on her lips, and whispers in her ear.]

Shhh~. If you want to enjoy the show, keep quiet and let them be in peace.

[ Konoka covered her own mouth harder to quiet herself better, and listen to what he said. While many would judge him more harshly for the same thing she was doing, right now? She didn't care. Right now she was having fun with what she came for, with a kindred spirit! They watched on in silence as the couple seemed to enjoy each other.

After a while she turned back to her. ]

Don't you admire the romance?

[The priest chuckled.]

I confessed, I do enjoy romance and wouldn't mind it with a cute a girl by my side every now and then.

[Oh he admits it! The priest is not immune.]</small. I think I considered myself laid-back, concerning being a man of my profession.

[ Konoka lightly giggles. ]

Wow, you really do know how to flatter somebody! 

[ She regards him with a smile before going back to looking. ]

I suppose I find it fun to speculate on as well as watch.

: [He just smiles at that. He knew himself to be a flirt at times.]

Someday, you'll find that special somebody to snog in the dark all to yourself!

[And in a few minutes, the ride is over and the boat has completed it's course!]

Well, that was fun! I'll be heading off then, Ms. Konoka.

[ Konoka looked a little serious at first, but that immediately gave way to a little goodnatured laugh. ]

I sure hope so!

[ It seemed that they were going their separate ways for now, so Konoka was fine with going on her own, looking for another ride. ]

[He waves to her with a smile, and then the mysterious priest vanished through the crowd, but he walked away, thinking that was fun.]
