Then what's the hold-up? So many different things here, something must be right up your alley.

[And now Ibuki is on hand to help her find out what that is. And won't be so easily dissuaded.]

I-I really do not know. This is not something I've done before.

[She really had no idea where to start. It was all so confusing to say the least.]

These types of things are a lot to take in.

Guess we'd better start you off easy, then. And what better way to take things in than from up high.

[The ferris wheel is normally a little sedate for Ibuki's tastes but it's a good way to check out what's going on elsewhere and if Lenalee isn't used to rides, it's probably best they don't start with the wildest.

And so she tugs Lenalee along towards the queue, not restrictively long but still with enough people that there's time for them both to take it in.]

Ooh! It's a lot bigger up close!

It really is...

[She looked up at the ferris wheel. It certainly was huge, like most of the giant buildings. It was impressive but made her wonder why it needed to be so tall.]

Wonder why they make it so big.

Probably so they could get more people on it at once.

[Well, that and allowing for better views but it's capacity that comes to Ibuki's mind first so that's what she goes with.

At least it means they're not waiting long before they're being shown into their little car; almost as soon as the door is closed and secured, Ibuki's sat as close to the window as she can get.]

Make sure to keep watching. There's not much to see yet, but...

[Whatever she might have said, it's cut off by the wheel turning just enough to let the next group on. Seems there's a couple of empty cars left before the ride really gets going.]

I guess that makes sense.

[At least to her anyway. When they got into the car, Lenalee made sure to sit the opposite side to the other, glancing out of the window.]

I'll keep watching, I mean it seems fun to watch as you move. Sometimes the views can be nice, like when your on a train.

Well, that is the idea. Only instead of the train turning everything into a blurry smear, you actually get to enjoy the view a little.

[By the time the wheel is fully subscribed, they're already almost a quarter of the way around and already there's a wider view of the festival to be seen beneath them. Ibuki can't help but giggle, seeing everyone looking so much smaller from this vantage point.]

And after all. The Goddess of Music must find ways to oversee things.

[She's mostly joking. At least where it comes to actually being a deity.]

I guess that is true, but we are still moving, just much slower.

[Lenalee kept her hands on her lap as she looks out, a small smile passing by her lips as she started to see the view get wider and wider. When they slowly reached the top, she leant over slightly.]

Are you really a Goddess of Music or you just saying that?

Exactamundo. So we can relax, enjoy the view and not worry about it spinning crazy out of control.

[Even if that might be kind of fun. But this is good too, getting to see the place from above and seeing if she can work out what's where when she only barely knows the place as it is.]

Weeeeeeeell. Ibuki might have been exaggerating just a tiny bit. But music is her driving force, that much isn't a lie.

[She nodded slightly, leaning back and just taking in the view for the time being. At least they were on another topic of conversation at least.]

So you like music? Is that something you are going to do here?

Mhm. Ibuki's already signed up to a talent agency. Now she just has to prepare for her debut.

[Even if that means a lot of commercial work and other less-than-ideal stuff to get enough money for her own equipment. Only so many doors Hope's Peak can open for her here, that much she's already learned.]

What about you, Lenalee-chan? What do you do?

[She was at least glad people do follow there dreams here, but when one never expects as such, it was a very big unknown for her. But she gives a small nod at least.]

Here... I'm just a waitress and intern. Nothing important.

Not true! If wherever you work didn't have waitresses, nothing would get done.

[Ibuki's never actually worked customer service but she's been a customer and knows enough to know customers can't be relied on to fend for themselves.

How much of that is from her own experiences, she'll never tell.]

What sort of intern? That could be important, too. Or you will be once you ditch the intern label and become a straight-up...whatever you're interning in.

Well... Intern is the official title. Really I just deliver the coffee.

[Which she didn't really mind at all. It was always calming and relaxing when she did it back home during her free time.]

Not much, but I don't mind.

Maybe you need a new title then. Ibuki's pretty sure that makes you a superhero to some people.

[She's more of a tea person herself but she knows how grouchy people can get without their coffee.]

Ooh! Maybe get them to give you a cape, too!

[She can't help but laugh slightly. She thinks that is going a bit too far to say the least.]

I don't think we'd need to go that far.

[She looked over, noticing that they had gone past the top and had started to slowly make thier way down again. She knew it wouldn't be long before they would need to get off.]

But capes are neat! You can swoosh around in them or run and let them fly behind you. And if you get stranded somewhere, you've got cover right there!

[Not that most capes would be much use in a crisis but never mind that. All makes perfect sense to Ibuki.

Besides, it's fun and Ibuki is all about squeezing as much fun out of things as she can.]

So they are something for fun then?

[She was not use to having fun if she had to be honest, it was a whole new thing to the young woman.]

For fun and looking stylish. They're a multi-purpose, must-have look for every occasion.

[Well not really. But she can pretend they are.]

How come you aren't wearing one now then?

[Curious at least as she noted they were very near the bottom.]

Because Ibuki hasn't managed to make any yet. Besides, she wants to save her debut for a super-special occasion and that means a lot of hard work first.

[Better believe her first show will involve capes aplenty.]

Ah, so it's for special occasion. I will wish you good luck on making one then. I'm sure it will be a very nice cape.

[Regardless of if she's told not to. Ibuki can be persistent when she wants to be.]

I'm not sure a cape would look good on me, but I'm sure it would on someone else.

You'll never know unless you try.

[And as far as Ibuki's concerned, capes suit everyone anyway.]
