[ For what probably seems like a very long time, Adela is completely silent -- even after Ace is done.

She knows Ace didn't mean any harm by it, but... Is she overreacting? She doesn't know. The whole thing made her incredibly uncomfortable, and she really wanted to believe Ace was sincere...

... You truly mean that? I have your word?

[ She wants to trust him. She wants to give him that, though if it's because she likes him or because he honestly is good for it she doesn't know. Is it too much of her to ask? ]

[ It's what she wanted to hear, and he's not just saying that because it's what she wanted to hear. That's what she wants to think is true. It's a weight lifted, and it lets her reach out a hand to ruffle his hair, trying to let him know that she's not mad -- or at least she's trying not to be anymore. ]

I accept your apology. And... You do honestly make things more fun, whether I know it or not at the time. All right?

Okay [he smiles a little at the ruffle and crouches so he can look up at her.] But just to make a hundred percent sure I know what you mean.... no sexy stuff right?

[he has to make sure because she's being confusing about it's fun whether she knows it or not]
