[By the time Konoka gets hers, Ibuki's making pretty good headway into her own ice cream. It's a wonder she doesn't have brain freeze yet but she's not about to slow down at all.

Except to answer that question, of course.]

It's sweet, it's sharp, it's an explosion of flavour. A flavour party, even, and right on Ibuki's tongue.

I'm afraid I'm not quite as creative on descriptions of mine, but I'll say I like how the cookies give contrast to the cream while remaining sweet.

[ Konoka's fine leaving it just like that, as she continued to enjoy her ice cream. So far, she was enjoying her time with Ibuki; it reminded her of her times with friends in Mahora. ]

That works fine too. Ibuki is just a lyricist at heart.

[Comes with the whole musician thing. A certain lyrical flair is to be expected.]

[ It couldn't hurt to ask some more about some subjects. ]

So, how long have you been around in Genessia?

Not very. Still getting used to the place, to be honest.

[But she likes it well enough so far.]

How about you, Konoka-chan?

Around eight months or so. I've been through quite a bit.

[ Well, not as much as some people, judging by the terror she had seen from one man, but she'd been wrapped up in something dangerous right after stepping foot here. ]

Genessia is safe as a whole, but there's always bad guys around.

Hmm, maybe. But Ibuki likes her chances here much better, even so.

[She's alive and there's no Monokuma. That alone makes Genessia much better than the island.]

Even if there is a certain pesky someone to watch out for...not my first choice for a familiar face but better than no-one I guess.

[Even if she's seriously downplaying how much of a handful Nagito can be.]

[ She finished her ice cream soon enough. But opting not to dwell on darker things from the past, Konoka moved on from the subject. ]

You know, I haven't played any good games in a while. See anything good?

Games, huh? Well we do need the full festival experience.

[Ibuki's not always so good with games but she has fun with them, at least. And now she's done with her ice cream she can take a better look around until she spots something.]

Ah, look! There's a string game over there. Even Ibuki can't mess those up.

[She doesn't even know what might be on the strings yet but she's excited.]

String game?

[ It's been a while since Konoka has seen one of those, and she doesn't even remember anything like it! Interested, she followed Ibuki to the booth in question. ]

Ah, one of those?

Mhm! Nothing like a game where everyone's a winner.

[Especially since there aren't really any games where she can make much use of her talent that she can see. In that respect, simpler is better.

Of course, even the simplest of games have their issues because now Ibuki has to make a decision on which string to take. Which is partly why she makes space for Konoka to go first, because this is clearly an Important Decision for her to make.]
