Who: Sora and you
What: Waking up
Where: Bay area
He's awakened in some strange places, before. Normally, he'd be able to say the tube was the strangest. Then again, when are things ever normal for him...? Maybe he should have never let his guard down. Maybe he should have never become comfortable with waking up in the hammock.
Because, when Sora had fallen asleep, he expected to wake up in the same place. He just- assumed he'd wake up in that cabin he shared with his best friend. Well, they hadn't found all the shards, yet. They hadn't put the ruby together, and he...well, he hadn't died, again. That he knew of, anyway.
So, yeah, waking up in a weirdly soft place with some strange items he'd never seen before hadn't been on his list of Expected Things to Happen.
He gave them a genuinely thorough look over- and, once he was finished, he was left scratching the side of his head with a frown. Soooo...he was in some place called Genessia? That was...no good. What about... Riku and Kairi...? Were they there, too...? His expression grew serious and full of concern.
Minutes later, he was outside of the cavern, items clutched close to his body. A look of determination slowly formed on his face as he looked around. Yeah, he definitely didn't recognize that place, but he wasn't even going to worry about that. He needed to find his friends.

Works for me~
He'd taken the time to situate his items. He hung the necklace around his neck and tucked the device away in his pocket along with all forms of information. That left his hands free to summon the Keyblade- or Keyblades, should he need them. In his past experiences, new places tended to result in either the navy, random monsters, Heartless, or Nobodies. So, no way, was he leaving himself vulnerable if he could help it.
Blue eyes narrowed toward the distance as he attempted to spot anyone... anyone familiar.
Hours passed, however... and he found no one. Riku...Kairi...where were they? Where were the Spades? It was too cruel to be a joke. Besides, his crew didn't tend to play jokes, period. Sure, they accidentally left Namur that one time, but...that was about it.
He could feel his chest tightening. He was...alone, then? That thought left him tightening one hand into a fist. It wasn't okay. They were supposed to go home, together!!! Just as he made a frustrated face-
'...ou know.'
Wait...that voice...
"Kairi?!" He was looking around rather quickly. As he looked to the right, he spotted a familiar head of red hair. Yes! It really was her!
"Kairi!!!" He yelled loudly enough for her to hear, one hand frantically waving in the air for her to see. Instead of waiting for her to hear/see him, however, he was running towards her.

"Sora!" She started to smile a little brighter, at least there was someone who was from their crew here. But she had to wonder just where were the others. She couldn't see them and this island seemed much bigger than what they usually end up on.
She made her way towards him and meeting him part way she went to hold him. It honestly wasn't that long since they last saw one another, but to her it really felt like it, especially when one came to a new place while one was asleep.
"I'm glad you're here."

Sure, that first time, she hadn't died. Still...
There was a smile at her words, and he nodded, "Heh...same here. I'm so glad you're okay."

"I think we really need to talk about what we should do next? I mean after all we don't have much about this place except the name at best and also that necklace and device." She said as she went into her little pouch and got them out. They were new to her. "Are these meant to be useful in some way or something?"

"I think...it said something about getting a job and a place to live?" He frowned and held the brochure up, "I think...this device is supposed to work like the journal, or something. And...the necklace, we're apparently supposed to keep on us all the time?"
He held the brochure out to Kairi, to let her read it, "Think...this is another world....maybe?" He asked in an uncertain tone, making it clear he kind of hoped it wasn't.
He was a little tired of world-hopping, if he was being perfectly honest with himself. He just wanted to go home. With both of his best friends. Was that so much to ask?

Which in her mind was rather annoying to say the least, but she didn't let it get to her after all they've had worse happen than going to a new world at this point.
"So first is finding a place and work. That shouldn't be too hard, right?"

He mulled her words over, for a moment. Maybe if it wasn't his (oh, who was he kidding? He'd lost count forever ago, with how many world's he'd visited) however many times it made, visiting a world, he'd probably be freaking out more. He wasn't, though. He was actually pretty calm, all things considered. To her question, he offered her a somewhat wry laugh.
"Yeah, I don't think it should be. I just...have to wonder if that's really all there is to it. I mean, look at where we were, before. Look at how everything was, even before that..."
There had to be...some catch...r-right? Sora wanted to believe it'd be that easy, though. He couldn't help but be positive, yet...a small part of him was doubtful, after everything they'd been though.

"We can wonder all we like, it won't help us get answers. We can find out why we were brought here by simply asking or something." Then it would be problem solved, right?
